Can't argue with a visit to the oldest theme park in the world. The wooden roller coaster in the centre is the beating heart of the park. Although its rails aren't as straight as they would have been, it's a must try.

I find this review difficult to write, I would like to rate it 4.5.

What makes me want to go there is of course the small town environment from an old Denmark plus all their restaurants which are very good on the whole, another plus is their street performers who come a little when during the day. There are no very high prices for their tickets or treadmills, but with restaurants, drinks and snacks - you can easily spend around SEK 500-800 in one day per person.

So I say go your definitely worth a visit but no more there are many better places in Europe.

Bakken is a charming place for people of all ages. There is plenty of fun for everyone. Entrance is free which makes it easier to take a stroll and pick and choose what you wanna do.. The area is lovely surrounded by hillocks on one side and beach on the other. All in all its a complete package, treat for mind, eyes and the soul!!

I have not seen a crowded place like Bakken in the entire Copenhagen. It is fun and exciting to see so many people at one place enjoying rides, eating and having some quality time together. Well we started off with buying tickets at the entry for our twins 2+ years old @ 189 dkk each. We were told that there are only 11 rides are for us. Out of those only 5 we were able to qualify as there is heigh limit as well 90+ cm bla bla bla...it was a disappointment. Moreover the rides for which we qualified we also not much safe and an adult has to accompany kids. Each ride could be repeated 10 times, if you buy the band. Balloons, food is bit expensive. Take a map and find the rides by yourself. All in all a decent fun place.

Nice place located in the middle of the woods, great place for young, not as fashionable as Tivoli. Remember to get you tickets online

Hi with you it is a nice place to be if you are older it is Best to be there on a weekday and not on Saturday and Sunday because there are many people coming and there is toilet so good fun with you all greetings Viggo

They had not done so much of decorations but it was the first year they had a Halloween so we hope for more next year otherwise as cozy as usual

More for children, families, there are many attractions, cafes, restaurants, other entertainment, admission is free, only parking costs 80 kroons.

Really good place, cozy with Matador town, worth a visit. Lots of eateries, reasonable prices.

There was a cozy and good atmosphere, there was music In the background, however, it was not so loud that you could not talk to each other.

Like a carnival but 400 years old. Get the info sheet on the history of this place. It's amazing.

A really nice day on the hill, on a Sunday with softice and a stroll through the hill and having fun with a girlfriend.

The best day and we'll be back for sure and our 8-year-old loves it she had the best day ever and was her first time there.
