Took the car with a problem at the disc brakes, because the wheel was shaking. They charged 1hr for diagnosis, but it was not enough for them to identify the problem. They needed an extra hour for diagnose, which of course they charged. Finally, they found the problem on the disc breaks which I agreed to be replaced.

Overall, I am dissatisfied with the diagnose charges for such a detrimental and common provlem. They are supposed to be VW experts. They only request more time to charge more money. Finally, they charged 540 for disc brake change, while almost half was the diagnose!! The work itself was ok, nothing spectacular to report, but this was my first and my last visit..

They offer Bad service and tried to rip us off by offering repairs with immensly higher cost than usual in any other Volkswagen Workshop. Never give your cars in the hands of these incompetent people who try to get the most money out of you.

Never trust this place and order anything. If you order any car in advance, you will not get it on time. Your only option will be cancle your order but you will be charged for 15% cancellation fee!!!

Keep yourself away from this place and look for other nice places.

I purchased a VW GTE from this company. All went well enough with them but I now have a big issue as the sunroof suddenly exploded as i was driving on the highway at around 90kph showering glass all over us. i am hoping that A Point can cope with this issue in a satisfactory way.

Can't believe it! I had a firm (covid) appointment to view a specific car. I arrived 10 minutes before the time but was casually told it had been sold. I received no notification at all - no phone call, no Email. The least they could do, if they were a respectable company, would be to tell you that when you make an appointment there is a possibility that it would be sold. I gave up a whole afternoon for the visit and they were incredibly cavalier about it. Consequently, I will never go back to that company and they have lost a customer.
