We've had a wine club membership at aMaurice for two years; have received four shipments of their wine over that time. Unfortunately, we decided to cancel our membership this year (fall 2020). When I asked them to cancel our fall club shipment as well as our membership, I received email saying "I will cancel your wine club membership and refund as requested". No, "sorry to hear you need to cancel, thanks for being a member", or anything like that. Then when I reconciled my credit card statement, I find that they didn't refund my entire charge. They charged me $16.00 for processing a refund. What?! Who does that? And why couldn't they have disclosed that in the email I received??? I'm very disappointed in their service.
