I love working with A Brilliant Nanny. We have relied on them for various child care needs. They always find us incredibly qualified and amazing candidates, who have significant experience working with infants, toddlers and kids. I am so grateful for their help. They assisted me in finding highly qualified childcare. I called them when I was abroad out of the USA, and they made it their priority to find multiple options to assist in our unique needs. Our family had challenging schedule requests and we made the request from out of the country. A Brilliant Nanny was on top of it all. They found us amazing options to make our lives easier. This company is amazing and we highly recommend them. They go above and beyond and make sure the client is satisfied. As parents, we couldn t speak more highly of their service. I've worked with Danielle both in terms of temporary placements and a long term placement. She always provided high quality nannies that I enjoyed getting to know. The on-call/temporary placement is very easy to implement through an online app. She's also very straight forward and was very time efficient to work with.

The babysitters have been great and the admin of organising a sitter on their website easy.
Twice a sitter has cancelled however and they have not had a back up sitter available.

Nothing came up along the way that wasn't included in the agreement provided by Danielle.
