Happened to take both my written test and road Test at Puyallap location. The staff over there are warm and professional via the phone and at the office in scheduling appointments and handling their clients.During the knowledge test Kyala was on duty...very professional articulate and firm on the expectations during the test, giving a chance to ask any question anyone may have.
When I booked for my Road test appointment I did not pass on first attempt. It was not the first time being on the road but I happened to have come from another state and before from another foreign country The examiner that day made me nervous
Coincidentally after about three weeks of training I happened to Re-take my Road test same location and guess what, I found Kyala again. I explained to her I was nervous this being a second attempt
She acknowledged my fears and re assured me if I had done enough practise no need to worry.
She was kind enough to clearly give clear instructions, early enough before making a turn/move. I had little issues on left turns and right turns having driven right-hand vehicle for some years while keeping left. The brain gets a mix up Luckily she could realise I needed that early verbalised instructions to mentally process quickly the expected turns.
Luckily that day I passed
