Wei Yi is professional, knowledgeable, experienced, responsible, sincere and trustworthy.

He gave suggestive and useful ideas during my decision making in the most desired design. He shared the pros & cons of the options made available. He also went extra miles to help me with housing items' selections to go with the interior design.

I need not to worry about the progress as I've been receiving timely update from him and he'll act at once on the things that I required rectification.

Completion was done on time as promised, even after completion, Wei Yi was very helpful to provide guidance on the maintenance and also responded to my questions almost immediately!

And I think Li Chien is that desginer.
She is a knowledgeable interior designer with great taste, who understands your style and can help you to realize your design aesthetics.

We started the process by interviewing around 10 designers suggested by Qanvast.
Li Chien was the only one who proposed good ideas which really stood out from the cookie-cutter approach taken by the other designers.
The quotation from 9 creation was also more budget friendly compared to the other companies.

Throughout the renovation process, Li Chien updated the status of the project in a timely manner.
She also gave us good advice when it comes to furnishing the house.
We really appreciate her effort to rush to complete the project as well.
Even though it was not a full house renovation, it's quite amazing that she managed to complete the project within 1.5 months.

I am pleased that the entire process had been hassle-free because our ID Brandon had took care of the essentials for us such as reasonable project timeline, timely updates on reno progress, measurements to help us with loose items purchases. Brandon was always on-site to ensure things went on smoothly and always updated us with photos and videos to give us a peace of mind. Quality of work was reasonable too, don t really have defects to pick. Overall Brandon is a very responsible ID which I think he is a gem in this industry.

Kent is an experienced, professional, and patient ID. Even with my first interaction with him as a first-time homeowner-to-be, he managed to help us understand the overall process and also showed us various works that he had done based on our preliminary sketchy description of what we want. He also followed up very promptly with us on the proposal and quote.

Through the rest of the renovation, he was able to effectively help us scope down the style/theme of our new home and guide us to make critical decisions to move the project forward. He was also very patient and accommodating to some of our change requests and was very open to some of our suggestions/needs. In times when we were unsure, he would provide his valuable opinions for us to make a well-informed decision.

During the process of the renovation, he would send regular updates on the progress of renovation to give us a peace of mind without having to constantly visit the renovation site. He would also check in with us regularly when unexpected situation arises or when he needs to clarify on certain areas which we did not discuss/confirm previously. Also good to note that he would help to pay a visit to neighbours to inform them of upcoming renovations beforehand, which might explain why we did not get any complaints during the entire duration of renovation.

The end product which was handed over to us was good, slightly ahead of timeline and with no major rectifications required. Though we went over our budget (because we added quite a few things), but it was all worth it. The choice of materials, doors, glass doors were of good quality. Extremely impressed with the fact that he could materialise what we feel we wanted, into a place which we could call home.

I want to start off this review first by highlighting some of Kent s key virtues and traits: patient, diligent, humble, attentive and a good listener, meticulous, proactive and engaging, experienced and knowledgeable, constantly produces work on time and on quality.

The journey began with me reaching out to no less than 5 IDs with a budget and some ideas in mind, and finally deciding to take the leap of faith with Kent mainly due to a good vibe I had felt about him through some of his traits I had mentioned earlier.

The whole renovation journey progressed very smoothly, from conceptualization to selecting material to the works progression itself and finally handing over. I made 4 changes along the way after work started with each involves multiple deliberation and all were able to be integrated into the existing schedule. I would not say there were no hiccups, including post hand-over but the overall responses and remedy works were all rectified swiftly by Kent.

Kent was never pushy about his ideas against mine but will provide the pros and cons for me to make the final decision. His choices of recommendation, from colors to flooring to material and to furnishing and appliances were very apt and useful. A well balance of being functional and yet maintaining the aesthetic and effect. One important value I appreciate about Kent is him being very personal, from bringing me down to the tiling company and furnishing shops to walking through each of the choices. It helped a lot on the decision making process. Beyond that, evidently from my Sofa, TV cabinet and coffee table that I decided to shop from Castlery of which I had multiple whatsapp exchanges with him about the type and makes, Kent would never fail to give me prompt and good advices, including the dimensioning which can often be an oversight.

In terms of work schedule, Kent always kept me updated on the progress and the scheduling of every next activities. He seemed to be 20-7 available and that certainly helped as I could be very impatient about a thought or question in mind to put across to him whenever. His speediness, patience and good grasp of the work in progress provided a sense of assurance, an important aspect that I highly appreciated. Throughout, Kent also managed one of my qualms very well which was the part about up to you during each iterations and decision making. Most often discussion will end up being the customer s call but he did not make me felt that he pushed the responsibility back to me solely but rather a co-owned decision. This was again another assuring aspect I very much appreciated. In short, the whole journey had been hassle-free and worry-free.

All in all, I overshot my budget but mainly because during the journey I realised Kent could help me fulfil my dream HOME and hence I decided to invest further on/with him. It has been 3 months since I took over, and I did not regret on the decision and the investment; I am very happy as the value created is well worth and way beyond the monies spent.

After talking to quite some interior designer, we did some comparisons and chose 9 creation as the designer of our choice, as it offers reasonable quotations and has good reputation on internet.

The entire project was managed by designer Brandon. He is a responsible person and has a passion in ID. His design is very modern and contemporary. We like it so much. He is always attending the very details and gives best recommendations whenever we need. The furniture shops recommended by him offer good prices too. We are satisfied by his service.

When we found minor issues after project completion, Brandon is always reachable. He arranges the best time to fix the issues promptly.

He is exemplary in facilitating the entire renovation process, liaising with different vendors to ensure the timely handover of my apartment despite a tight timeline. He provides regular updates and consults me on decisions pertaining to colour, design and other matters. Most importantly, Kent is always receptive to various feedback from me (including from my mum and from many others) and willing to (re)negotiate and make rectifications to meet our needs. Both my mum and I are highly satisfied with the quality of workmanship and electrical and lighting works. In sum, the entire renovation process is one that is relatively stress-free, as you would be at ease because you know that the process of building your dream home is in the hands of a reliable ID.

We have obtained at least 5 quotations before we decided with 9Creation. For the price, scope and most importantly, the ID, we felt that Wei Yi truly seek to understand what we wanted in our home.

His service was excellent through the entire process. He has gone above and beyond to meet our expectations and has kept us updated throughout the progress of our home reno. He is humble, hardworking, proactive & highly accommodating even when we were unsure of the exact item/ design of what we wanted.

We gave him inspo pictures and the Scandinavian vibes we wished to achieve & he gave very constructive and honest advices. It gave us an assurance that his suggestions were in our best interest throughout our entire journey.

Upon completion, we did a QC, and all minor imperfections were rectified promptly. He was timely in his planning & delivered better than expected.

Had a Kitchen renovation done end of last year.
Replaced the floorings in the kitchen and laundry area.
It does takes a while to get things done due to different contractors are hired for the job and also near end of year plus covid situation.

Overall I will say Vincent Kiet is a patience but yet a straight forward person. He does take the time to provide you with answers even with his busy schedule and normally within the day (if he is held up).

I will highly recommend Vincent Kiet for your renovation needs, he does explain what you are expecting for as well as provide a solution when there is an issue.
