Our first time visiting Savannah and we knew we had to go on a ghost tour. Our guide, Raven, was funny, engaging, and literally had chills going down my spine. I will be HIGHLY recommending her and the company for any future tours. My only regret is that I had no cash to tip her :)

Prince was our tour guide this week in Savannah. Our family has visited Savannah every year for three year's, and we love learning the local history when we tour the city. Prince went the extra steps to make sure he gave our group had a unique and fantastic experience as we toured the historic district of Savannah. We highly recommend this tour company and especially Prince the tour guide.
Chris was our tour guide and he was amazing! He made looking at gravestones fun and interesting! I'm told there is an haunted tour he does with 6th sense downtown as well, and if that's true, I definitely want to sign up for that when we come back up this way again. 12/10 would recommend this tour!
We joined a tour at Bonaventure Cemetery at the last minute - guide and his counterpart by phone were very accommodating of our request. Tour was probably 90% historical and 10% paranormal, which was ideal for us. Guide was very knowledgeable, even if not the smoothest story-teller; competent and likable. Perhaps a little pricey for this kind of tour but not bad value altogether.
We came to visit Savannah all the way from Minnesota and went on the full moon ghost tour. We were so lucky to have the spirit formerly known as prince as our tour guide. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and an amazing ghost story teller. I was able to hold the EMF meter that went off at all of the locations we stopped, so cool!! He had many pictures to show of ghost sightings from former tour guests and himself that were really interesting to see. We left the tour eager to hear and learn more about the history and the ghosts of Savannah. This tour was one of the highlights of our trip to Savannah and highly recommended.
Thoroughly enjoyed the tour with my family. Learned some interesting history about Savannah. The tour is well worth doing. The stories about each house, hotel, cemetery and park area are very intriguing. So much history and such a fun way to see downtown Savannah at night.
I would like to start off saying that our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable. I wish I could remember his name but he was great and we really enjoyed it.
Truly an awesome tour. We were very impressed with Dawn's knowledge and reverence for the place. I would recommend this tour over any others to anyone visiting the Savannah area.
Went on the Bonaventure Cemetery tour with Chris, he was very informative and it was a beautiful path filled with interesting stories and monuments. Highly recommended!
This was a okay tour but I don t think I d recommend it to anyone. I ve been on ghost tours in Nola, Charleston, and I ve even gone on a ghost tour in Savannah before with a different tour company and I ve enjoyed them all. We went on the 18+ sixth sense tour and the tour was surprisingly childish. Towards the end of the tour, the tour guide mentioned a SCAD student who mysteriously vanished in the 90 s. As someone with a bachelors degree and a masters degree in criminal justice and criminology, missing persons cases are something I take very seriously. I asked the tour guide if he knew the missing students last name and he didn t. When I got home I searched the internet and couldn t find one thing about a missing SCAD student from the 90 s so, I emailed the company to see if they could give anymore information about the student. I received no response so the next day I reached out via Facebook and it s almost an entire week later and still nobody has been able to provide the students last name. I know many people who work extremely hard to being awareness to missing persons cases and this missing student was definitely someone I would have loved to bring to their attention. I ve come to the conclusion that the missing student was just completely made up.. In a city with as much history as Savannah I feel like there s no reason to add things to a tour that never actually happened.. especially a fake missing persons case.
Went on the tour 3/10/19. Great information on all the homes that were shown. Prince was a great guide n told good stories. He s really into his work and makes it a very interesting experience. ...
Prince was an AMAZING host! I've been on many ghost tours, and he is one of my favorite guides. The tour was informative, mysterious, and fun! I highly recommend choosing this tour over the rest in town.
Jeremiah took us on our tour and it was very intriguing. He had a way about him that was very welcoming, yet slightly creepy that made the tour all that much better. We've lived in Savannah for awhile now but it was great to hear how much paranormal history there is, he really knew his stuff and seemed like he enjoyed sharing his knowledge. A+ definitely recommend taking a tour.
Was recommended to us by a local as the best ghost tour in Savannah. I do believe in ghosts but I did not want to go on a tour, thinking it would be corny. My fiance wanted to go for fun on his first trip to the city. Our tour guide was "Lunatic" Laura. She was as good as they get, a fantastic story teller, knew her stuff without missing a beat but also connected with our group. I overheard some other groups on different tours and I was convinced that we were on the best tour! My fiance and I both loved the entire tour, it was actually scary, which I hadn't expected, and we also learned a lot of Savannah history.
So much fun! Chris (the spirit formerly known as Prince) has a wonderful personality, and I loved hearing all of the stories. We chose this tour more for the stories and the history and exploring Savannah than for any attempt to be scared. It didn t disappoint. It was a fun experience from start to finish. I 100% recommend! So glad we went. Thank you for a wonderful night Chris!!!
Our guide Dawn has a deep knowledge of Savannah history and the families that are buried there and their roles in the community. She also has a deep appreciation for the art found in the cemetery and the ways that people have honored their loved ones in death at their gravesites. Dawn provided a fantastic tour!
After visiting Savannah at least once a year for over 15 years now, I thought I had taken every kind of tour possible. This was more than ghost stories - our tour guide brought along equipment often used by paranormal investigators and incorporated some ghost hunting into the night. Patrick Burns has spent years as a paranormal investigator and knows his stuff - he's entertaining as well. A little Savannah history, a beautiful walk through the squares, some historical ghost stories and EVPs all in one tour? I'm in!
On the 8:30 tour with Patrick Burns the information was prerecorded; however, the information gave was somewhat of a background to the tour. In the process of the tour (Mr. Burns) made the explanation that he got in to this business was for the spirtuality aspect not for the scientific side. I do respect that but during the tour there was a conversation that occurred that stated just how much he did not enjoy giving tours that some individuals were supposedly only there for the possibility of seeing and/or experiencing a paranormal activity. It was also said that cats were considered to be of demonic activity; I have heard and understood that cats were valued as protectors in many different cultures. Please be aware of possible rude, judgemental comments and assumptions of what possible tour customers do and do not know. Others have visited other parts of the world and are knowledgeable of a larger view than is assumed. I will say that there were some voice box comments and in Calhoun Park Mr. Burns did do some a couple of EVP recording with Amy.
On Saturday, March 28 2015 my husband and I participated in the 6th Sense Paranormal Investigation tour. Patrick did an amazing job. The tour is long (a little over 3 hours and 100% walking) which is exactly what we wanted. It was so nice to get up close and personal with the Savannah Haunts (especially 432 Aberncorn - CREEPY!!). Patrick's knowledge of not only the history but of the paranormal tools and past investigations gave a very personal feeling to this tour. Questions and theories were welcome. One great EVP of "Don't Drink" at the Mercer House echos my feeling that those boys on the roof weren't just hunting. Their little evening of mischief led to death. Such a great tour and you will get your money's worth!
Just finished our tour with Lady Ravenwood and absolutely loved it!! She is amazing. I took my 13 and 9 year old daughters, and we had a great time. Eerie and historic. Highly recommend.
I loved our guide (Dawn) she was the best! She was full of historical information, great personality, and just overall a great experience! Woould definitely recommend to anyone wanting to tour the cemetery!
I took the tour with Patrick Burns on May 23rd 2016. While snapping photos inside an antique shop I got a crazy photo of what I believe to be a real apparition. Wow and creepy is all I can say. Great tour!!!
This tour was very accommodating; we weren t going to make the 9:00 time so they let us start at 9:00 pm. We had Lady ravenwood- she was an awesome tour guide!
Took the Savannah Ghosts Investigation tour last night with Patrick Burns. Wow, what a great time! My wife and I have been to Savannah numerous times and been on traditional "ghost" tours each time. This time we wanted something different and got exactly what we were looking for.
Patrick is quite friendly and funny but knows a lot about the paranormal. We went to several locations we had not been to before and had the chance to use some of the investigative equipment. Several words came through the Ovilus and several EVP's were captured in front of 432 Abercorn.
We will absolutely be back. Thanks for a great night, Patrice. See you again soon!
OMG PRINCE!! As a music lover, having Prince's ghost take me through Savannah felt like a dream. He was so knowledgeable and clearly passionate about his job. So worth the money if you do any "tourist-y" things in Savannah, make sure you go on this tour. Frankly, go on this tour regardless.
What an awesome tour! Patrick was funny and entertaining, and we genuinely got spooked out! Can't wait to return to Savannah and take this tour again. I can't recommend it enough!
Our first ghost tour. While looking for a tour to go on during our trip to Savannah, 6th Sense Ghost and Cemetery Tours was advertised as a ghost hunting tour. I told my wife to ignore the rest and sign us up! That she did.
I had no idea what to expect, however I thought maybe we might get a goose bump. I thought at the least it would be some nice history etc. WRONG!
Patrick Burns brought ghost hunting equipment and was ready to go! He gave a very informative pre-briefing if you will and answered questions. My question right off the bat was if we might be lucky to get an EVP? Google EVP if you don't know what it is. He became excited and said YES most definitely the chance of getting one tonight are extremely high. NO guarantee of course but very high.
Fast forward to one of our stops (you'll have to inquire to find out)! Anyhow fast forward to one of our stops and things started to get REAL!
One of our fellow tour goers actually had presence of mind to bring a K2 device, again google it. The K2 started to peg, my wife felt an energy near her and also a cold spot. The cold spot was verified by fellow tour goers and Patrick himself.
Now for the really cool part. Patrick was asking questions into the ap on his device known as the Echovox (itunes) and the way this works is that it scans AM frequencies and several channels for possible wavelengths of EVP phenomena. One of our fellow tour goers asked my wife what her name was. She told him and a moment later we heard my wife's name on the Echovox. What's more is the name of the lady standing NEXT to my wife ALSO came across the Echovox! This was beyond exciting for our first tour for sure.
Well, during the tour I had gone to itunes and downloaded Echovox for myself. I had received hits as well not even knowing what I was doing yet with the ap. Rather amazing stuff.
We were so taken aback that we even went to the same location the next morning. Get this... We asked the same questions and sure enough we got my wife's name on MY Echovox this time. What's more? The entity even said her nick name. YIKES. We got the chills alright!
I'd say at the very least you will enjoy the history, and the stories. I would caution against getting hopes up too high as what we had happen even took our tour guide by surprise!
A great time and if you are into this sort of tour by all means go for it.
Came in town for a bachelorette party and we had prince as our tour guide! He was funny and had so many great jokes. He made the walking trip exciting and enjoyed learning so much about Savannah. Would come back to tour with him!
While I found the tour very disappointing, the owner assured me this was an off night for the tour guide. Upon reaching out, the owner of the company was very timely in her reply and very kind. I was satisfied with her response to my concerns, and would most likely give them a second try.
Had a great time in Savannah with Ash on the Sixth Sense Savannah tour. He is passionate about his job, and a great story teller. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a tour in Savannah.
I highly recommend Prince as your tour guide. He was funny, entertaining, interesting, and very informative. I like how the tour also includes pictures taken and shown with certain houses to tie in stories to the places you go.
Prince was fantastic! Had a great personality and made the tour fun and engaging!! We drove from Hilton head for this tour and did not regret it. Prince was very knowledgeable about the different sites and even shared ghostly pictures he s collected throughout the years. At one point a black cat walked by us, it creeped the entire group out!! We want to come back and do the cemetery tour - can t wait!
Was a wonderful tour of prominent and famous hauntimgs of the Savannah area. This included the Mercer house story from the movie Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil. The tour guide was awesome, informative and friendly. Definitely recommend!!
This is the best, and one of the oldest, walking tours in Savannah. They truly do their research and know the stories! I will be recommending this tour to others.
I would not typically write a review, but I do read them. However, this time I feel compelled to. Last night my wife, my two sons (ages 13 and 15) took the paranormal investigation tour with Patrick Burns. It was by far the funniest thing we did while visiting Savannah from Michigan. His presentation was informative, interesting and eerie (in a fun way). He had great knowledge of the area, and really made you think about "The City Built On Its Dead". You can tell he truly loves what he does, which is refreshing compared to the monotone bus tour we took during the day. He did some field studies with his equipment and showed everyone how it is all used. Most impressive is that even though the tour was supposed to last about 2 1/2 to 3 hours, we went about 3 1/2 with everyone sitting around his equipment listening to the sounds of people from the past. He loves his job so much he would of stayed all night. So thats my review, hope it guides you to one awesome tour. I am so impressed, you well see this on all of the review sites.
Tour Guide (Dawn of Savannah's Dead) is awesome! Dawn delivered a colorful, informational, and respectful walking tour of Bonaventure Cemetery. We could not have asked for a better tour and guide. Thank you Dawn and Bonaventure Cemetery Tours!
Eventhough we unfortunately had to leave halfway through the tour was amazing. Our tour guide Nick did an amazing job, was super friendly, and made it definitely worth the time spent. The next time we visit Savannah we fully intend to take it once more just to see how it ends.
Our tour guide Prince was really amazing! He was so funny and our crowd was a bit smaller so it was really fun to interact with him. It is more a history tour versus a let s hunt ghosts kind of tour, which I personally enjoy more. The tour guide s story telling abilities were amazing and even if you never actually go in the house (mostly because the houses are still in use by their owners today) that really doesn t take away from an amazing experience! I highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Savannah or even Savannah locals like myself.
Our tour guide Prince was amazing! My boyfriend and I did our tour at 9:30 PM on Sept 11th and ended up being the only ones on the tour... which was pretty cool for us. Our guide was very informative and filled us in on a lot of the history of some of Savannahs most haunted places. We really liked the fact that he took us to places that weren't on the other tours we did. He was very enthusiastic with his story telling and kept it interesting. He showed us some newspaper clippings and creepy photos of figures, orbs, and other findings at the locations on previous tours, which added to the experience. While he had an EMF detector with him (which went off at multiple haunted locations!) This was more of a historical tour than a ghost hunt. This one probably our favorite tour of the 3 that we did during our stay in Savannah. Thanks for an amazing tour! Highly recommend!!
Really fun tour with great story telling. We did the 9.30 pm which was a great atmosphere certainly set the mood. Prince did amazing we had a wonderful time.
First visit to Savannah & decided to do a ghost tour while here. Our guide, The Spirit Formerly Known as Prince, was great. He was very engaging & kept the tour interesting. Thanks for the great experience.
Absolutely, the best tour ever!!! Patrick Burns did an outstanding job. He was very informational, using the investigative equipment was fun, and we captured a great class A EVP last night. One of the best Birthdays EVER!!! Highly recommend Paranormal Investigation Tour with Patrick Burns!
My husband got us tickets to celebrate our anniversary in Savannah. Patrick was a fantastic tour guide. His passion was genuine, and he teaches his groups about paranormal investigation. I highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in paranormal education!!
Went on the Bonaventure Cemetery Tour. Dawn was our tour guide. She was amazing and so knowledgeable! Would highly recommend this tour and Dawn as your guide!!
Went to my very first ghost tour of Savannah. Didn t know much of anything about the places we were visiting in the tour until... Mr. Prince.. he was an amazing tour fire I love the way he told the history stories of the places from beginning to recent years. Now I just did this tour last night July 26th 2020 I took quite a few pictures and videos and in quite a few of my photos I have seen blue orbs at the espy house and had quite a few dark imaged faces appear out the window of the 432 Abercorn street house. I really enjoyed myself and can t wait for the next one.
Patrick Burns is a fantastic tour guide!!! This from someone who has been on many ghost tours in numerous cities, including Savannah. As much as I thought I knew, Patrick added even more historical content relevant to our tour. He included maps and articles as added support of evidence. He intertwined awesome experiences, including evidence, that happened during his time with 6th Sense, on our tour. As an added bonus, he brought along paranormal investigating equipment to utilize and experiment with along the tour route. True to form, we received amazing results like the tours before us! Our tour was about 3 1/2 hours or so. Patrick is such an enthusiast and professional, that he was perfectly fine taking time to answer questions and making sure that no one felt rushed. This is a must-do tour for anyone visiting Savannah. Thanks so much Patrick for the awesome experience!
Booked with this establishment for a tour. We rescheduled for a later time, however when we got there.... No one was there. We arrived 5 minutes after the time we were supposed to be there. I honestly wouldn't recommend this tour to anyone simply because of the service we received. Asking for help getting there felt like I was getting on their nerves so it's a no for me.
What a fabulous tour! Using the paranormal investigation tools really added SO much ...,, we got some really interesting (read: spooky) pictures and undoubtably heard things that couldnt be explained. Interesting and informative ...dont know how it could have been better!
This is the second time I have come across your tour! Well laid out very informative and personable. Not only easy to follow but one wants to follow along.
Our tour was led by the Ghost Formerly Known as Prince and it was FANTASTIC! I have lived in Savannah for 3 years now but I have never been on a ghost tour, so when my friend visited we decided to give it a shot. Our tour guide was an excellent story-teller, building up the stories he told us until their climactic spooky ends. He really kept us on our toes. We shared jokes and discussed current events while we walked between haunted destinations. I had a great time and will definitely book with this company again to check out their other great tours!!
Was very disappointed. We thought it was a tour of the cemetery / supposed haunted properties. The guide just showed our group pictures from her phone which were very blurry and not convincing. We gained more history on the trolley tour. As for covid 19, we were told we had to wear our masks in case an officer approached us, but no social distancing required. We had 12 in our group and were all disappointed. The guide was very nice and seemed to know alot about the city, but again we learned the same on the trolley tour. Hope they step it up in the future, we do not recommend, take trolley tour instead.
We went on the paranormal investigation tour with Patrick Burns on 11/22/14. It was awesome. Patrick is very knowledgeable about the history of the locations that he takes you to. We had some interesting EVP's and responses on the Ovilus. We will definitely do it again!
We toured with Prince, he was incredibly patient with our group despite the constant childish behaviour by others. He told some amazing stories and really let his passion fly in recounting them. Highly recommended!!
Took a quick trip to Savannah and my daughter picked the Bonaventure cemetery tour. We were lucky enough to have Dawn as our guide. The cemetery was gorgeous and interesting by itself but it was the tremendous wealth of knowledge of history, art, and stories of those laid to rest here by Dawn that stood out. Thank you Dawn!
My husband and I took an afternoon tour of Bonaventure Cemetery with Nick and we had a wonderful time. Nick was a great story teller! Very very interesting. We're not usually "tour" type people, but I was so glad we signed up for this particular tour. Our trip to Bonaventure wouldn't of been the same without it. Thank you so much to Sixth Sense World and Nick!
We took several tours during our long weekend trip to Savannah. This one was with tour guide Prince. We called to book our tour and requested him specifically because of all the good reviews about him! He did not disappoint. If you re looking for a paranormal experience or some type of super scary something, this ain t it. This is simply a walking tour full of ghost stories- some myths and some factual and lots of information on the houses in the area that are known to be haunted. We had a great time. Wear comfortable shoes!
We went on the tour with Patrick Burns last night, 08/24/16 with just one other NON-Skeptic couple! What a fantastic time! We actually caught some EVP's responding to questions...if you're looking for a legitimate, NON cheesy tour, this is the one! We saw many others...guys dressed in costumes, reciting old stories and urban legends, while Patrick told a few stories, yes, it's part of Savannahs history and what makes it so great, BUT he's also a paranormal investigator, and includes the hear and the now! We ran over by about an hour, but well worth it! Awesome experience! Thanks Patrick...
If I could give more stars I completely would ! I went with my Mom and little sister and its was so fun. Our tour guide Lady Ravenwood was very fun and very sweet, She took the time to answer any and all questions and took the time to fully explain things. Totally creeped out right now but it was an amazing experience !
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the paranormal investigation tour with TV star Patrick Burns that we took the other night. Patrick not only shared the history of all of these amazing Savannah locations, but the haunted stories, as well. And, it wasn't just a tour. We got to be ghost hunters ourselves. After we heard the tales of the locations, we pulled out the ghost hunting equipment - digital recorders, meters, spirit box, PX voice box - and got incredible paranormal evidence. We heard gun shots on the recordings, we got words like "dead" and disaster" at the Mercer-William house. We had eerie voices at 432 Abercorn and I had the hairs on my arm stand up on end. The only thing I'd recommend is to have some flash lights as you're walking around because not everything on the tour is let well and the sidewalks aren't always the best. (not the tour company's fault) This tour rocked and if you're coming to Savannah and are in the least interested in the paranormal and all the ghost shows, you have to do this one. Patrick Burns is the real thing!
Definitely a must do tour! Our guide The Spirit Formally Known as Prince was amazing and super funny. I swear we even saw something at the last stop we were at!
We know there are a lot of ghost tours available, but you can't go wrong with this one. Prince was spectacular. He had the perfect mixture of humor, knowledge, and mystery to make our 2 hour night tour a blast.
We took the Bonaventure walking tour today with I think her name was Alisha;sorry if that's wrong. She was amazing! I wanted to take this tour because of the movie Midnight In the Garden of Good and Evil, but she told us so much more than I expected and we learned a lot! She was very engaging and knew her stuff. If we weren't leaving tomorrow,I would do it again. We will be back.
