Excellent food, excellent service, excellent environment, we are coming back

We have been wanting to go here since it opened, but Covid made that difficult. We finally had a chance to try it out and were very happy! The food is great, and having a culinary background, I am hard to please! The staff is friendly, and the prices are more than fair for the portion size and quality. We will definitely be back!

Assume Chicken Parm. Most restaurants way over salt their food, especially Italian and Mexican food. These guys have it just right...

Menu change kinda messed up our take out order only for the fact I ordered our usual meals we got for months. When I got home a opened meals is when we saw a different combo and flavor than normal. But still great food just need to alwsy check the up to date menus

Happened upon this place after a hike on Lake Mascoma. Friendly staff, quick service (curbside) and really good food (we had the poutine, smash burger, and kids chicken tenders). Looking forward to going back and hopefully to dine in next time! Great to have another awesome local spot in the Upper Valley.

Best new place in the area! Plus Chef Doug is always changing up the menu with ahhhmazing and mouth watering entrees! Make sure you eat the chocolate decadence dessert too!!

No matter where Doug is or what he's doing, the food is always great. Kitchen 56 is super cute, good atmosphere, and welcoming as you come in. I highly recommend getting the chocolate decadence (a Doug specialty)... Even if you don't eat it there, get it to go for later. You won't regret it.
