Wow! Wow! Wow! Hotel decor is amazing including the festive decorations at the lobby and the in-dining room experience. I love everything about this hotel. The quiet private location. The private elegant square where you can sit down and look at the sky. Lovely suite and the best massive bathroom I ve ever been in. The layout of the room is perfect! The staff were amazing from the phone call I made to make a reservation to the checking in and checking out. All went seamlessly well. I felt truly pampered during my stay here. I didn t want to leave! I would highly recommend this hotel to my business partners. It s perfectly situated in the best part of London. Close to so many parks. I was so inspired. During this time, it was the best Xmas gift I ve ever had staying at this wonderful hotel. Thank you to all the staff. I look forward to another visit soon.

Kona Restaurant at Taj 51 Buckingham Gate is the best the 5-star place for an Afternoon tea experience in London. It has to offer the most exquisite variety of tea selection, finger sandwiches, cakes and sweets and scones. Along with the exclusive service from all the staff and a perfect location in the heart of the city. Highly recommend all their incredible themed afternoon teas, I've personally tasted all of them. <3 <3 <3

A very warm and welcoming hotel. From the minute we stepped through the doors every single member of hotel staff were friendly and on hand to help.

Small gestures were noted by all staff that we spoke to.

Would definitely recommend a stay here especially if you re looking for a little getaway.

The two-bedroom Falconer suite is absolutely fantastic for families - spacious, smart floorpan, comfy beds and sheets. But can also see this as a clandestine spot for a girls weekend once the spa open or a romantic getaway. Cocktails on point, courtyard is lovely. Location can't be beat for seeing the sights: the Royal Parks, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, a stroll along the Thames - and so close to two Tube stations. Staff are sincere and attentive in their hospitality and a bottle of wine upon arrival was a lovely welcome.

I have been working in a team to create a fantastic restaurant and kitchens at the Taj, and even though the hotel is closed, the staff are still perfectly turned out and helpful, the architecture of the building is fantastic, just look up at the details on the brick freezes, I ll never be able to afford to stay there but think it s a fantastic place.

Truly amazing stay. We stayed for 4 nights and they surprised us by upgrading to a 2 bed suite. We also ordered room service quite a few times and food was excellent. Front staffs were more than friendly , breakfast itself felt like a treat on its own. We had issues with our showers but that s about it. Room was fantastic. Fully equipped kitchen and my baby also enjoyed the large room. Location was convenient to shop or sightseeing. Easy to find public transportation as well. Thank you for having us and will love to come back.

I was here for my sisters birthday. The good aspect was that it offered great service, the presentation was exceptional and they offered plenty of time to enjoy the catering experience. I was however, not super excited about the Indian style afternoon tea as they Indiaised it. The tea was a little cold and it wasn t exactly to my taste, and one can assume it wasn t brewed enough.

Overall, I m happy with the service and it does live up to your more luxurious audience. But they may need to work on certain flavourings that can be improved on.

Is becoming my favorite hotel in London. From the friendly staff to the gorgeous areas, this is the place to stay. The food is really good and the rooms are so confortable and beautiful. I want to thanks Veronica for her outstanding work. The great people at the restaurant, I couldn't be more spoiled...and everyone who is part of that wonderful hotel.

We decided to stay at the Taj 51 post our wedding ceremony. We were warmly greeted by Mohit at the residence reception. Our experience was amazing from start to finish and we would highly recommend this to all who are looking for an amazing and highly luxurious place to stay and eat in the the heart of London.

We were allowed access to the lounge area in the Buckingham Gate Suite and St. James Court as you will be able to see below for a post wedding shoot. As we have just been married this was an amazing gesture from the Taj considering the high privacy for such a residences.

We had tried the food at the bar downstairs in St James Court and we could not be disappointed with the food and service provided to us.

Must book this venue if you are looking for a top class stay in a luxurious hotel. If you know the Taj you know they pride themselves on customer care.

Excellent service. We did the Alice in Wonderland Afternoon Tea and the food was delicious. The tea and decorations were very detailed bringing the magic of the story alive.
