Garry from 5 Star Home Services was very prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He initially came to replace a broken water heater and found water damage to the drywall. He was very helpful in coordinating the restoration services that were needed before the water heater could be installed. I would definitely recommend this company.

A year ago the warranty company come to our home turn the shower on and off and said everything was corroded and they would have to cut holes in the walls and it would cost $20,000 to replace all the pipes. So we disregarded it (we were not getting warm water).
Then we finally called again and they had Garry come out to our house this morning. He was here for such a short time, changed a cartridge and made hot water appear! I think it was like $200 or something- SO EASY.
He was kind and knowledgeable- anytime you get this company coming to your house request Garry! We will!

Gary was awesome!! Our upstairs shower flooded to the downstairs. He came right away, did an excellent repair and made this situation so much better for my family. We are first time home buyers and this experience that could have been a disaster was so much easier thanks to his help. He was one of the nicest people I ve met and I feel he truly cared for me and my family and wanted to make sure everything was fixed properly. I will definitely recommend him ( just pray I don t need his services again ) but if you want an honest, caring, professional repair done, I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Gary!

Rude dispatcher unprofessional service
Installed extra long shaft condenser fan and left the wires uncovered and left the cover without screws
Tha fan shaft hit the compressor and the blade broke later causing big noise and vibration in the outdoor unit
I called back and the dispatcher said that the noise is not there problem
