Awesome service. My driver, Tom, was on time very polite and professional. He was also very personable and we had some very good conversation on the drive. I'll use them anytime I'm in the KC area and need a ride. And the price was right as well. Can't recommend them enough.

5 guys over Lyft and Uber for airport transport for disabled people any day. They tend have more patience than random people signing up for an app. I've used them multiple times as someone that's a partially ambulatory wheelchair, rollator and seated cane user. I forgot the man's name, I think it starts with a C and may be Clifford? I might be wrong. 5 stars. He was very helpful and has a gentle spirit, bless him.

We needed two vehicles for airport pick-up and drop-off. The vehicles arrived early and began loading as soon as they could to get us going on time. Both drivers moved their vehicles as needed to get people and luggage loaded and were friendly and helpful.

Airport pick-up they were waiting for us inside with a sign. They had the vehicles ready to go, had luggage and people loaded in no time. They brought a vehicle around to the baggage claim to get the other items. John was on top of things from the moment we made contact to the moment he dropped us off. He knew where everyone was, knew which bags needed to load in the trunk vs stay with the rider. Knew which riders were in which vehicle. Took the stress out of it getting everyone home.

Everyone did a good job, John did an exemplary job picking us up. We would use the service again based on cost, timeliness, communication/responsiveness when contacted, everything was smooth from the moment I reached out for a quote.

Awesome service. They were very professional. It was very easy to book even though it was like 1 am CT. They followed my flight timings and met us in baggage claim after the flight being delayed for an hour. Highly recommend their taxi services. Clean car, very comfortable, good driving and efficient driver.

5 Guys Transportation provided me with fabulous customer service. They arrived to pick me up on time, no waiting. I was called when they were in my driveway. Opened doors, took my luggage, wished me a safe flight. I was really impressed with their service. So much so I didn't want to rent a car on my second trip. I sent them my itinerary and they took care of the rest! Great job!! Thanks!!
