Waited 40+ mins with customer service no one answered. I waited until I became customer number 1 in line ( from 17 ) but, then nothing happened, still waiting.

I contacted customer service online to claim warranty for my master cardiology stethoscope damaged tubing. They were very professional and asked me to send it to service centre they wanted. Replaced tube and serviced it to almost new for free. Pleased with their work.

3m is great but the sticky stuff i need fell off the door,

Had to give 1 star as it wont allow to give a minus figure. The way this business deals with their customers is probably the worst that I have experienced in my lifetime. If you have a problem, dont go to them to resolve as you are just messed about from start to finish. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE>
