Terrific view but very terrible service. Do not recommend unless for a drink with friends.

Very bad resturant and bar.
- Below average food.
- Drinks are with more than half ice.
- They cheating customers by adding 10% service charge and write it by pen on bills.
- they add to our bill the bread and olive oil served before meal.
- very rude waiters.
- very expensive.
If you wann rip-off and pay money for nothing just go there.

Delicious shisha I have tasted, it is always super full and the service is super friendly! Prices on the high side but quality is paramount! Recommended

It offers quality service with a truly exquisite view especially in Taksim. There are alternatives. The prices are a bit above average, but it is not a surprise considering the service and the view.

The view is amazing. The food, not so much. Go for cocktails.

Amazing experience - the food was great and the selection was varied (traditional and non-traditional). The view of Istanbul is beautiful which you can see from the rooftop lounge. There were performances throughout the dinner such as a violinist, belly dancer and a Aerial silk performer. The restaurant turns into a club at midnight and we were looked after well throughout with complimentary drinks.

Was a really nice place formerly although the prices are exorbitant the view can be worth it

The location is beautiful, but the biggest shortcoming is that they leave the customer satisfaction aside and have the ambition to earn money.

I only give the stars the view, the food is tasteless and the cold waiters turn into a second-class entertainment place while you eat your meal.

Great view, great food, great drinks. As with any rooftop bars, expect more expensive food (about 100 liras per pax on average).

Well, we went to dinner 4 people. The truth is that for the good that is eaten in Istanbul the very regular and expensive food. They gave us an octopus that the three of us who tried it didn't like us at all. Desserts sin too minimalist and are very bland. Of course, it has great views.

Ate here for lunch and were very pleased. Thank you very much to the lady of Urkus who is very interested in our table.

The positive assessment ONLY is for the views, first of all the friendly but disorganized service, we waited half an hour to get the bill, the price is excessive, on average 40 euros per person without overeating, everything is designed exclusively for the tourists, an acceptable but loose show .... My advice is that if you want to see views is the place, but forget the good dinner and service.
If I go back it will be for taking a drink (face) for enjoying views, NOT for eating.

Superb!! One of the best food experiences (and surroundings) within this price class.

Its scenery, decoration, food, drinks, presentation ... It is extremely successful in everything. It can be preferred in crowded groups. A comfortable concept.

Everything was perfect! Everything that could be called a killer!

The price is high. 2 cups, 2bikes, 1kebab, 2ch, 1fanta, totaled 470TL. The waitress gave us 2 hours and she warned us that we had to get up until that time the service would change. The landscape is awful, what can be the view of the 6th floor building, if you are wondering about the roofs of Istanbul, go there, there are all kinds of roofs. We do not recommend it!

If you could finally find its door, you will have the BEST VIEW OF ISTANBUL indeed! I don't suggest to try this place in Istanbul's rainy days but it could be beautiful for you same us too! So as I mentioned in the beginning about the view, don't miss it if you would like to have a great meal sitting outdoor and watch the ships passing the Bosphorus or stanbul Bo az .
Food and menu are based on great experience as you can feel and taste it for the first time. prices are not that much for such a upscale place.
I DO suggest you to have Champagne but if you dont' want to disagree with the above sentence, ask for its price because you should be aware of these which not provided in the menu same as others!
One more thing that suggest you not to miss:
Ask for their exclusive match and smoke outdoor!
I guess you might make memory same as me with these descriptions but wish you not try to forget you beautiful memories same as me!

Bad service, terrible music and not really 360 views. Not even good views, to be honest.

It's a great place to see center/main parts of Istanbul with 360 degree view as its name asserts. In daytime, 360 welcomes you as an exclusive restaurant with its world cousine. 360 is transformed to the night club after 11:00pm for enjoyful time. Dancers and shows are also staged for your entertaintment.

Yes, everything is perfect but the figures in terms of turkey think the menu is very high ...

We almost did not go do to some reviews. Honestly, you should go without doubt. Everything was perfect! Food was great, staff attentive and the view magnificent!

Really good atmosphere, location, beautiful view and the food was really good... had the sushi and seabass and it was amazing... When it come to service I have experienced better in Istanbul and that is why I didnt give 5 stars...

A beautiful venue with views and atmosphere. Food is losing a star when price is evaluated in terms of quality.

Unnecessarily overpriced place: The only good thing about this spot is the beautiful view of istanbul. If you do not want to be overcharged, I don't recommend this place at all. But if you want to impress your girl friend by paying a fortune to a dinner than it is your place, go for it.

Really not recommended to eat well. The view is not bad, but there are also better ones in Istanbul, service: requests must be made two to three times before they arrive. Glasses were not clean at first. Feels like: 95% tourists and they will not come back anyway

The place is nice but there is no flavor in the meals

A bitter disappointment for all meat owners who order a T-bone steak here. It was an extremely thin slice with hardly any fillet, which was also too tough fried. It should actually be a "medium" fried T-Bonesteak, it was unfortunately the DISAPPOINTMENT through and through ... not recommended ...

The view is nice, but the way they arrange tables might not allow you to get it. It's very expensive, but I didn't see anything on the menu that stood out.

I had chosen this place for celebrating my first wedding anniversary, and I was so very disappointed.

Firstly, I had called and reserved a table in advanced for 2. When I arrived there was no one to attend us and we were kept waiting for 10 minutes. Then when the attendant arrived, he said they didn t have my name! Thankfully, the restaurant was not crowded and we were given a table in the corner without any view.

Secondly, I had ordered wine with my food. My food arrived without wine. We finished our food without the wine. We waited for 30 minutes yet no sign of the wine. Waiters were busy with customers who were ordering more drinks. So I decided to quit and asked for the bill.

We were kept waiting for 20 minutes for the bill to arrive, and see that it had wine in it! The head waiter said it was his mistake and that the staff is new.

This is not the way to treat your guests! The place is hyped and not worth your hard earned money.

Worst service ever and an incredibly rude hostess. Would not recommend and will definitely never go back.

Very disappointed considering the recommendations regarding this establishment. Service was unattentive and severely unprofessional: it took a long 20 minutes after we'd been seated, before any of the staff approached us, and that was after we reminded them at least two times. Even then there was nothing but excuses and no apologies. Although there was plenty of room, we were seated next to a sofa in the corner, reserved for and occupied by drinking costumers.

Food was alright but nothing extraordinary. All in all a great disappointment.

I recommend anyone to look elsewhere.

Amazing ambience, great food, afterparty place. A must visit for any traveller

The food was good and the place was nicely designed but as we didn t know how much we should tip the waiters (as it s a cultural difference regarding this issue among nations), they became extremely unfriendly and even rude! We had a birthday but it wasn t really a good experience for us!!!!

We could not stay eating because one of us had just undergone an operation. He just let us go on the terrace for a drink. Not very commercial. We had just walked 6 km to come.

It's definitely old quality. Last time we went in, we were very disturbed and we left. 360 Istanbul is finished.
