I am a combat disabled vet that had his income cut in half and this company refuses to work with me or any government program that would make the home affordable. They seem to care more about making money than helping their customers with affordable options. Wish they never bought my loan. HML

I'm sorry that others had such a horrible experience. Most importantly, I'm horrified that someone lost his/her home in the process; however, our experience regarding refinancing our home was a positive one. Our contact person was extremely professional and processed everything in a timely manner.
I was selling my house, which 360 Mortgage held the title. Per my title company, I called and let them know I was selling the house and needed to cancel the July payment. At this time, unbeknownst to me, 360 Mortgage had sold my loan and did not notify me.
Needless to say, when the title company called to get the payoff amount, 360 Mortgage refused to help.
The buyer, Mr. Cooper promised to honor a payoff statement if I could get one from 360 Mortgage. The representative from 360 Mortgage, instead of being helpful, said in a sarcastic tone that he was happy to send a zero balance payoff statement, then hung up on me.
I don't know why they have a phone?? I have tried calling 8 times and their system hangs up on me every time. If they can't get that to work correctly then how do they run their business???
We had our home financed with 360 Mortgage for a period of time. We had the chance to drop our interest rate by half, therefore, we are now with another mortgage company. Our payments were never late and we obeyed all the rules. Last night we got a letter that began: 360 Mortgage Group, LLC vs. US. We were in shock and had no idea as to why we were going to court the very next morning at 9:00AM or why 360 Mtg. was doing this to us. Went to court this morning and the case was already dismissed. Seems as tho "360 Mortgage" lost a very important document when we changed Mortgage companies. They needed our signature on a new one. They asked us months ago to sign another document and we did. They really do not have their ducks in a row. Any company that does not have a phone number listed has a problem to start with.
Very disappointed in this company. I had two loans with these people for over eight years. The second time we bought with them they took three extra days to make sure that they had accounted for my taxes correctly. Nine months later they send me a letter stating that my mortgage is going to go up $800 the next month because of backdated taxes, real estate taxes that they did not calculate correctly. Now $800 for our income with five children was a considerable amount so I asked to be able to pay it in two parts per month. We ended up having g to charge more on our credit cards to be able to afford it and decided we should just move. So we sold our house in the last month in 2018 the house did not close in time so they gave me a 30 day late. Now granted it was paid on the 29th but didn t update in the system till around the third of the next month. I hired a lawyer to fight them on this I ve written them,I emailed them I ve called them and told them all they have to do is tell the Credit agency what happened and take the late off my credit report. But they won t do it. So this is why they get one star from me because they have no compassion and no etiquette for the person that I spoke with. This is the only bad credit remark on my credit report and it cost us getting a horrible rate on our loan this past year. I would never recommend them and regret ever getting my mortgage through them.
Do not use 360 mortgage! I know their offers are tempting but don't use them. They will take unauthorized transactions from your bank and not return your money. Consider yourself warned!
I'm sorry to hear about everyone's negative experiences. My experience was awesome. These guys are so knowledgeable and they helped me navigate the mortgage process without any problems. I've now had them for over 3 years and still very happy. I recommend them all the time.
Difficult to get a hold of anyone, don't call you back, and are pretty rude on the phone. Seem confused by some simple requests and screwed up a number of items for us. However, gives us a big incentive to pay our mortgage off as quickly as possible.
After spending weeks trying to get all of the information 360 requested we always seemed to need one more thing. After the loan was approved and a contract signed the lender notified the bank I was working with telling me they will not honor the contract and they will not fund my loan. This was after the final day they had to fund the loan. They tried threatening me, then they tried to pay me off, then they agreed to fund the loan but would not do so until Monday. They fund loans then they try to quickly sale your loan, this is how they make money. They don't want your loan and will do everything possible to sale it shortly after funding the loan.
A significant amount of business this company does is with VA loans. I would encourage all of my brothers and sisters in arms to find another lender.
