I'm working on my 3rd contract with 360, and I couldn't be happier. Sheila Groff is my recruiter. Coincidentally, she was also my very first recruiter years ago (with another Agency). They have quick start dates, and an easy on-boarding process. The best part? Their pay scale is definitely more than I've been offered with other agencies! I've been a traveler off/on for 16 years, dealt with numerous agencies, and would definitely recommend 360 Healthcare.

I worked with Andy Sanvil for several weeks, only to end up taking a permanent position and not even sign with 360. Andy was so professional, honest, eager to help me with the right jobs, he was always funny, courteous, timely with his communication and overall a great recruiter. In the long run he didn t get a contract from my part because of my decisions; but remained kind and professional. I wouldn t hesitate to call him up and work with him again any day! This company was wonderful throughout my on-boarding process and I d work with them anytime.

I have worked for 360 Healthcare Staffing only for a short time but the experience has been wonderful, I have been able to travel to places that I have never been to before. The experience has been wonderful. The people who work for them have all been very friendly and helpful, they make you feel welcome and want you to succeed on your assignments. When planning for my assignments, they set up my transportation whether flying and getting a rental car, my housing was taken care off, I never had to worry about taking care of those items, all I had to focus on was starting my assignment. The recruiters are always helpful with finding just the right assignment that you are looking for and are very encouraging. My recruiter always gets back to me in a timely manner when I have had questions or concerns. I have worked for 360 Healthcare staffing for the last six months, on three different assignment, as an Interim Administrator. 360 is by far the most supportive and most professional staffing agency I have ever worked for. The Company treats you like an employee rather than an independent agent. Sheila Groff is by far the best Employment Manager in the business. You will love working with her.

As far as recruiters go Jenny Music is the best I have ever had! She goes above and beyond to make sure I am okay with my assignment, that I am comfortable where I am. If I ever felt uncomfortable in a situation she is always there to listen and give advise. She answers the phone or calls back in a timely manner every time I call! If she knows I am driving she calls to check and make sure I am okay!! I could not have asked for a better, more caring person to be my recruiter!! I think she needs a huge raise for putting up with me at times!!!!!!

Being a first time traveler can make even the most seasoned nurse apprehensive. That is why I chose 360. From weekly pay, paid for travel/ lodging to day 1 benefits and a generous per diem, why would I go elsewhere? They handle everything! Jennifer Daniel is top notch at ensuring you get the accommodations you need and a way to get you there. Gina Starr in HR can answer any questions you have about just about anything and quickly! Heather and Sara in payroll have been great about handling any paycheck questions I have and taking care of any issues. Most importantly is their recruiters... Their recruiters are dedicated to you and your success day or night. My recruiter is Stacy Melvin. She is the absolute best. No matter when, she made herself available to me. I joined the 360 family in March of 2017, as a Registered Nurse, and have found the experience of traveling to be very exciting and tremendously rewarding. The company fosters a positive, caring and nurturing staff of professionals across the board. 360 offers diversity in employment. I have been with the company since October. I have had several assignments and all of them have been unique and challenging, yet fulfilling. I am able to see different parts of the country while working at a job I love. I have seen the diversity of different parts of the country for the Northeast to the Midwest to South Texas border town, and now in the Northwest. I love the company and how they take care of me.
