Dr. Justin Parker has changed my son's life. His expertise, intelligence and ability to connect with him has surpassed my expectations. I am forever grateful for what he has done. My son is a completely different child, who has confidence in himself, plenty of friends, loves school and strives for more every day!!! Thank you!

I found Dr. Brian Mackey to be very ineffective. Oddly, for a mental health provider his communication skills are poor.
His ability to identify, target and resolve issues is his greatest deficit. I would not recommend.

Someone in my family went to see the therapist at 3C Family Services and had a very unpleasant experience. Some times patients and caregivers do not click and that is ok.

What I disliked the most is that the person came down with the Flu and I called to cancel the appointment that was that day. The staff at the front desk told me it was to late to cancel and that only the care giver can approval a missed appointment. The care giver told me that they allowed one missed appointment. I thought that sounded foolish given the person had the Flu. That is the virus that kills more than 20,000 people in the US annually. Primarily children and that is one of the main groups serviced by 3C.

The care giver (therapist) apparently used the one missed appointment then because when I forgot an appointment months later, 3C charged me.

So the moral of the story is go to your appointments at 3-C even if you would be infecting all the other patients (lots of children) with a deadly virus. Or they will charge you and you will be unable to claim that charge to your insurance company because the insured was not at the appointment. Ask your insurance company is they cover missed appointments.

Thank you to the health care industry and their super intelligent policies that spread diseases. Bravo!

I was quite disappointed to learn that this clinic refuses to see patients who have government insurance through Medicare, Medicaid or NC Healthchoice. Even if the patient or patient's family requests to self-pay, this clinic refuses to provide services to this population.

Not worth your time or the expenses your family will have to suffer for the incompetent care received. Every "doctor" I entered into treatment with went to some sham college and seemed generally of low intelligence. They will misdiagnose and overcharge your family/insurance plan and are opportunistic. Stay away.

We have had a positive experience here and I recommend it to anyone. Their website has videos made by each clinician which are helpful because your child can watch them in order to get a better idea of what therapy will be like and help decide who they would like to see.
