I didnt like the game, I tried to contact them and they ignored me, I created a twitter account to contact them and they reported it so it was deleted. They love money more than anything. I would rate 0.5 stars if it was possible. They do deserve half a star for the effort, not 0. But they dont really deserve a full star.

After 10 years of buying NBA 2K. I will no longer support this product. it used to be you paid $60 and got the entire game. But the corporate greed of this game company has led them to follow a pay-to-play route that demands you to empty your wallet to be competitive with the rest of the gaming community. Their pure greed is sickening. And is not worth my time or money for a game that is just going to expire in a year.

Customer service levels so bad, 1941 Germany would have loved the outsourced customer service agreement.

2 weeks with a question. Can t raise on customer service, no reply to HR, COO, Social Media, Social media manager, or normal Social media accounts. I got a game which don t work, they sold it and don t want to fix it.

Worst customer service ever. You can only email. No online chat or phone number that actually works. Over three weeks since I contacted them and no response. Game crashes ALL the time. It was my 12 year old son's only Christmas present.
