If we book the appointment easy. Staffs not kind.poor service.Whatever they wrote sometimes even not available in their medicals itself.medicines are costly most of the medicines are available only in their shop.

I was trying to call to customer care call was not pickup property and given wrong information. I was called for apooappoint but Ductor was not available

Dr Gargi Taneja is the most humblest and amazing doc I've ever met. I am in my late 20s and started having heavy hair loss. She very patiently listened to my problem and counselled me. She gave me an ointment and told me how it'll affect my hair month by month. It's been 3 months and my hair fall has stopped and my hair have become thicker.
She is the best dermatologist/skin specialist out there.

I am staying in Palam Vihar. I called them to collect blood samples for my mother. Laboratory person said that he will come next day. But no body visited to collect samples even after so many follow-ups.

Nursing Is good & house keeping is just average.

worst hospital. chor hain sab. dr amitaba ghosh is cheater . hospital will make you sick by giving injections and then they will loot you by making you in critical condition. dont ever go to this hospital

Had come for a covid test..
. The place was dingy ..the text was being conducted .in the parking dimly lit...

No one ever answers the phone at the reception!! And if you complain about it at the hospital, every time they say there was some issue with the phones and it is now fixed. Front desk staff is highly inefficient and just ignore the ringing phone. The quality of service is degrading by the day.

Dr Amitabh Ghosh was probably one of the most weird Dr who doesn't even try to make one sincere effort to understand the patient's concern. It was my wife earlier whose disease couldn't be diagnosed and then I went with my sister, and she found the experience no different. Had he diagnosed the issue, my sister wouldn't be in a new hospital spending overnight in a hospital bed !!! Terrible Dr Ghosh

I would like to thank all team members for taking utmost care of mine during my surgery in your hospital. I would like to thank Dr. Amit and a big thanks to Mrs. Kavita Sharma. She is really one of the best person I have met during my treatment. I really appreciate her understanding towards the patient. She really understands during what phase a patient is going. Being from hospitality industry I can say that she is the real example of showing service with smile.

All services are good. Staff are skilled. Housekeeping team proper clean process. Food service are hygienic and good.

House keeping and Cafe staff is good in the terms of cleaning and serving hygiene and quality food.
Nursing staff is also very cooperative and caring specially nurse from night.

Hospital was good earlier and serving people at reasonable charges. Now, it is just converted into a cash machine. In name of senior citizen discount, they first charge you with subscription kind of model and then offer the discount. What is the point of offering something as a discount when you are already charging for it? Just for a 5 mins consultation charge a hefty fee of Rs.900/-. Their excuse - each and every doctor is a specialist and hence the speciality charges.

No doctors here, they are on demand service, you have to take appointment before visiting.

Very bad experience with this hospital, I visited to see doctor as walk in patient and have to wait for 3.5 hours and no body is bothered for patient waiting time. Doctors are also not reach on time.

The Health check experience was very good. Mr Gaurav has assisted all the way for good coordination for consultation. Mr Rajender timely guidance was very coordial.

The cleaning was good and the service related to price was quite high .Also they take a lot of time in paper processing .The cleaning was good staff also find but quite expensive and delay took .

I have taken lab services and very happy with the service rendered. Starting from billing, sample collection to report handling staff has demonstrated not only professionalism but also human touch which is appreciable.

It was a nice experience at Columbia Asia. Staff person Ram was very warm in his behaviour and hospitable. service was quick.

Doctors were polite and comforting. Answering to al the queries. Overall good experience.

I have herniated disc prob they treated me for blood clotting(DVT) after few days my body posture is start leaning one side then they told me this is disc prob

Worst Hospital. Too much charges.
They just make befinit of patient condition.
Medicine are charged on double triple rate.
Emergency staff is totally knowledgeable.

Went for stone pain in emegency.
They just gave me the drotin inhection and one bottle drip and some 2-3 injection of 200 rupess.(mentioned in bill including the drotin)

But i was charged 1956.
When i checked the bill.

I was shocked to see that cannulation charges were 745 + 300(nursing charges.)
Total 1045 just for cannualtion

I checked its price online which was just around 100.

I tried to talk to General Manager(Mr. Sachin). But can't, because of their staff.

My mother was operated for hip joint replacement, and we found the nursing staff was average in attending to very senior citizen patients. Billing Section and Accounts department are hopeless. After discharge was signed by the Doctor at 12 noon, every time we chased with the TPA desk we were asked to follow up with OT, ICU, Pharmacy and Radiology departments for clearance. They could send the bill to TPA only at after 4 PM. They never followed up with TPA and it was left to us to chase with the TPA. IT was only at 4 am we got the approval from TPA and the patient was finally discharged at 10.30 am after arrival of their billing staff. In the process another day costs amounting to approx 9000 were added. While settling the bill, they did not adjust the advance payment of Rs.15000 deposited by us, and when pointed out they agreed to refund the amount and issue the cheque next day. They promised to courier the cheque but despite repeated reminder including through their Medical Superintendant, we are yet to receive the refund cheque.
Overall very expensive as compared to the facilities and least caring to the needs of the patients and the attendant.

Very bad experience, this hospital finds the ways to extract money from patients. A big NO.

Went today for Stomach infection treatment. The doctor wasn't polite/courteous/sensitive/friendly by any definition of those words. He started venting on Indians for their faith in household remedies (why bananas are better than papaya in case of stomach infection). It's not only about the hefty fee but what a patient in pain expects -i.e. basic courtesy.

Dr Anil, paeditrician is a very professional and one of the best doctor for paediatrics. He is not only a good doctor but a very kind hearted and gentle human being . He not only treated my child with utmost care and concern but helped out of way from admission till discharge of my kid. Such a great selfless service in the crisis of COVID pandemic is highly appreciated. Doctor's like Dr. Anil will surely take the name of Columbia Asia Hospital to greater heights. Also all the Nursing staff are very cordial , helpful and provides a very soothing environment to patients. Overall very amazing experience . One of the finest hospital in Gurgaon. The hospital offers personalised services with utmost care for the patients. The facilities are good and food is great. The cleanliness in the hospital doesn t give you the feel of hospital when you are in.
They have best doctors in their panel.

Hospital ambiance is very good. But the service is not very good. I called multiple times to book an appointment but I did not get any response. Anyhow I got the appointment. But the doctor was also not very panchual. So there was always 20-30 minutes or sometimes even more delay. It's not because of any rush but because of poor management. Cafeteria is good. But overall my experience was not very good.

I was suffering for adenomyosis and had a pain in my abdomen. When I came in touch with Dr. Sharmila Solanki, she handled me very nicely. She suggested to get operated and I was very much scared. She is such a nice and caring doctor who gave me positive thoughts about surgery and said not to worry. So I agreed with her statement and now because of her surgery, I am feeling very relaxed and happy that I am free with this pain. The services of this hospital are very fantastic that I should suggest that those who have this kind of problem, I recommend Dr. Sharmila Solanki because she is a positive and amazing doctor. I am very thankful to the entire team of the hospital and the services that hospital provides.

Poor nursing services.. Poor management.. If you take appointment which is of no use as they are not tracking.. Palam Vihar gurgaon Columbia Asia services are too bad.. If anyone if you visiting there, be ready to face some or other problem

Though there was 1 instance where on duty doc gave wrong medicine to my wife due to some mis-understanding..
