Great food. Portions more than generous. Thatcher is a very fine waiter. Atmosphere is delightful. We want to come back to Siloam, spend the night and celebrate our anniversary here next year.

Food was delicious (the chicken sandwich was amazing!) and the service (Caleb) was outstanding. Will definitely visit this place again!

I absolutely loved it. I especially like the rooster eggs. My husband enjoyed the corn ribs. Chefs Andrew and Chris are so nice. I enjoyed getting to talk more with them outside of the office. The vibe was just my type of scene, even the music was great. It was a very good night and I can't wait to go again.

I kinda feel like I got bait and switched. I brought my wife here for a celebration after seeing pictures and reviews of the 28 springs menu. We arrive to find out that the 28 springs menu was not being served, but instead a less refined menu titled the Roost being served. This was not openly advertised online. The arkansas dip burger was good, but my wife's steak was very under whelming. It was slightly over done, was covered in a very bland brown gravy. The New Province Ginger Peach Tea Sour on tap was great. The creme brulee was okay and the cake was dry and dense.
If the change in menu had been more openly advertised I feel like it would have been a good meal, but since it was a celebration for my wife I am disappointed in the experience.

Good service, excellent dinner. I had a really good drink from the bar. Pretty and so good. It was the 9th street something, lemoncello and blueberry bitters. So good! I didn't catch our servers name but she was very kind.

Really good.chixken marsala excellent...They source Ll there stuff and food from local farmers and distributor. Pretty good stuff

The wife and I were in town and not too many places delivered to the hotel we were at. We ordered our food online, It arrived on-time and it was amazing! I think I screwed up my wife's order, so I called them and they corrected it, along with adding a desert the wife decided at the last min. All was fantastic! She ordered a salad, but she only received 1 small container of Caesar dressing. All in all, awesome! We will definitely be returning to this place when we are back in town.

Very nice atmosphere. Casual dress. Food was excellent! Chicken Marsala very good. Great service. I would give it a 10.

This place is pretty good. They have recently rebranded to 'The Roost'. The menu is pretty good, though I wish they had some of the delicious menu items they used to have (like the avacado fries!!). But it's still pretty tasty.

My favorite is the keto burger, pretty delicious and still Somewhat healthy. I also like the teriyaki bowl with shrimp, that was really good. The loaded fries are a good appetizer though it's different than you'd think. It has chicken, onions and mushroom, pretty tasty but different.

The service isn't bad. The few times I've gone, I've had a couple of good servers so that's good. Their drinks are tasty and they seem to serve more families now too since the rebrand which is nice. We will go back again soon!

Great Art Deco atmosphere, excellent service, amazingly delicious food. Gladly accommodated my special order of just salmon and veggies. Would highly recommend. Worth the trip downtown.
