The boot-camp was great. There are a lot of information to learn, but it can be compressed to shorter time. I feel that this boot-camp could have been done in three days instead of four. Over all, I am really happy and impressed with all the info I have learned and I would recommend it to anyone interested in learning more about HHA.

Rude,terrible service from Lisa and Brandi from 21 century. QI needed to buy some policies for my waiver application but they said they would sent me a quote and failed. They are very ignored , and I received bad customer services . I needed to buy the policies , and she gave me the price but seemed less interested . She was to sent me the email and it's been 3! Days but nothing. I don't recommended them , in the waiver department very rude !! Unbelievable !!!

I'm so disturb by this company, 21st. Century Health Care Consultant. I have a mutual friend in Atlanta and Houston whom this company have maliciously taken their money lied to his employees and to BBB/google that his has return Annies funds. This should not be allowed in business by any means. 21st century provider enrollment department has continuously failed to complete the application for waivers resulting in 8 deficiencies 2 declined application IS NO LIE!!!, Lisa B. and Bethany F. completed application all wrong, however, J Dapello lied and stated he gave Annies monies back but just call their Attorney, he did not w/o trying to strong arm them to remove the google review when she stated He called her a Bitter Client I would be bitter if someone took 28k from me w/no results with waivers completed...... and also the BBB response was a big lie and the google review. John D had no intentions of giving our associate/constituent their funds back which they (his company)never completed the waivers from the Provider Enrollment Department, not the initial application. You see America, he called her a Bitter Client which they departed from several months ago, Not Sure, once again he's trying to dupe everyone to think he did nothing wrong he's the victim... No he's not the victim the client received no service regarding provider enrollment which failed to complete application totaling 11,700 which their initial application they charged 16k They paid, (lets set the record straight and NOT TURN A BLIND EYE TO THE TRUTH) do the math (27,700).. I will stand with them and others this company has duped us in the past please notify us we can help Annie and others never go through this mental anguish again. When I saw this google review I knew she was not lying!!! All you have to do is contact us through our twitter account. We will contact authorities regarding this matter because of the fabricated statement he has written on google, I have affidavits to help our associate and constituent with this matter. I know John will answer this as if he is the victim but he is not, Please as Annie stated... read BBB reviews to see for yourself. The employees are scared of him, a boss that makes his employee write a glass door review or Else!!!...... I personally have spoken to past employees and will continue until these matters are resolved and brought to the light. 21st Century made us write review after boot-camp just as Annie stated, I did't understand why but my other partner stated something really simple.... John sits there taking pictures and stating "Did you write a Review" she's not lying I was there in 2016 when all this occurred. Anyone else I can find to make a statement on google and glass door or BBB. Please speak up so Others will not go through much adversities as we did and Ms. Annie and friends in Atlanta and California and Texas!!! He can not sabotage your business for we have reached out to help all parties. We have seen his actions before and we will stand with you!!! People, how many other will go through this pain before he is stopped. I will have others whom have been criticize/duped/humiliated/ to come forth soon. You see, John God is not sleep and neither is his son, He who sits high look low!!!! Why don't you do the right thing honor your contract and pay those paying client their money since your team failed to finalize the waivers. 3 of them at 3900.00 a piece, just to complete a application for waivers. Wow!!!!! I will keep everyone in the loop whats happening, I will also contact others in the Florida area to get the help they need!!!!

I would highly recommend this company especially to Kim Cavanaugh as well to Don / sales. Responds quickly yo my emails and questions. I am a nurse and no knowledge of the business part and the company guided you through the process. It is overwhelming, not easy at all, but you just have to read your policies. I paid and started in November, had my trainings and got my state accreditation in March. I could have gotten it sooner but it was me who delayed the submission of docs because I could not focus totally due to the pressure of my job. I finally quit my job just 3 weeks ago and now is focusing on the hiring process. Hoping to start soon. I believe the market is there, your challenge will be finding the right employees. I was about to do home care franchise and decided to do this and I did not regret it for the price. This is your own business and you have the company s support. I am lucky to have Kim as my contact person- God bless her! One more thing, having free website for the first 6 months helps ( you will pay after that of course through UJAT) and free 1000 brochures and business cards ( from Brazell company) helps as well. I will just have to repeat this, they are there to guide you the process, but the success of your own company is 100% in your hands.

I have 5 years of hospice experience as an RN and as a Compliance Director but coming here helped me to pull everything together to be able to start and run my own company. They assisted with tips for managing costs in the initial phase. Instructors were experienced hospice nurses so they were able to share stories to help solidify concepts. I just finished attending the 21st Century boot camp for Hospice. Highly recommended for anyone planning to do this business. Regardless you have little experience or no experience at all, they will walk you through it. Accreditation agencies (CHAP/ACHC) reps were presents at the event for few days. Everything from setting up your office and admission through billing was covered.

The 21st Century Team is amazing. I run multiple businesses in pharmacy and healthcare yet there was no way that I would've been able to open a home health agency on my own. Even if I could, it wouldn't go as smoothly and as quickly. Time is precious and one of the MANY benefits of using 21st century is saving time that you could waste on figuring things out on your own or fixing problems that you wouldn't experience in the first place if you work with 21st Century. As a past employee, I would like to make a comment for 21st Century. I was one of the QAPI RN's in the clinical department for almost a year. I loved my job and the people I worked with. They really are an amazing team and give their all to help everyone fulfill their dreams of becoming successful in the healthcare industry. I have been an RN for over 30 years and have seen many business's in the home health field. The one thing I felt this agency lacks is leadership. Since the beginning I have seen lack of communication between administration especially in the nursing department. When you have a clinical manager you can not approach or never has time for her department there is going to be a problem. John I would think since you tell everyone that comes to boot camp they can always call you with any problems, you should do the same for your employees. You have lost some very good people in the last month. Some who would still be there if there was better leadership within the Clinical dept. Yes even people who did not work in the department left because of the bad attitude the DON has toward everyone. How is it you just let people go without notice speaking to them first. That tells me your not very dedicated to your workers, yet you prance your employees up at boot camp and say you couldn't do it with out them. Open your eyes John talk to your staff they are the one's that really love the people and love 21'st century. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with the people I did. I had the pleasure of helping people get through reaccreditation and some very tough times. Educate these agencies just dont get them through. Their lives are depending on YOU !!! Just dont let them go like you did me !!
