"The technician called me yesterday evening and asked if they could come by in an hour to fix the plumbing drain issue instead of waiting until the next day. The gentleman were very professional and knowledgeable. What was supposed to be a rather simple unclogging of a drain, as I understand it, turned into a much larger project. They said they would have to cut the sheet rock and then the pipe. They promised to stay and fix the problem and they did. I highly recommend this company. Excellent service and professionalism! For the most part I think the ease of online service request was great. The calls from Warranty representative was less than, specifically it sounded as of they took delight in saying that repair is not covered. Something as simple as a bathroom faucet not covered. Pool coverage taken but water feature not covered.
Everyone we dealt with from Drain Go was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. Very prompt service also! Having a leak was a huge stress, yet they made it as smooth a process as possible. Would definitely recommend them.
I had this home warranty for about 17 years. They we really good for years. My last warranty service was a nightmare. The repair started in July and was finished last Friday. I had to call the contractor to schedule appointments, check on parts. No communication or customer service from the contractor. Called 210 and they told me to call the contractor. They need to use better contractors. I only had one person that called the contractor when I was charged twice for the same ongoing repair to try to resolve all the issues with the contractor. I would not use 210 or this contractor.
looks good on paper but when you need to use the service good luck! I am still waiting for the refrigerator replacement that still has not arrived yet but did manage to get a date for finally. If it actually shows up when they say it will, from the initial service ticket to then will be around 3 months. The replacement I am getting is not even the same style. we are going from a French door to a side by side. I only give it 2 stars instead of 1 because the service technician they contracted did keep his schedule and was professional.
