this is the best bank ive ever had in the world.. forget about the big banks.. it doesnt matter that they have 1 or 2 locations.. they make it feel like their under your nose at all times.. you can call and actually talk to someone in the branch all the time... I opened my account after a friend Jonathan Kohanoff persuaded me and now that hes gone, my new banker Masha is incredible. Thank you to the entire 1C team!!!
Terrible Bank to deal with. After being told by a Executive of the bank that I was approved for a loan, they changed there mind and put me in a bad position. The Executive admitted to mistake with is superior and the bank rather than right a wrong, threatened me with litigation.
Just wrong in how they handle customers.
An excellent private bank. Very few fees, great support and a family feeling. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.
One of their customers wrote me a BAD CHECK and they were not even available to talk about it. They have an automated machine to leave a message, really???? So I looked them up and found their local phone number and they were closed at 4:00 on a Friday! Can't do business like that. I hope to get resolution from them regarding their client asap as I have reported it to the police.
We have been in business for over forty years, and have used (and still use) many different banks. This one is by far the most efficient, friendly, cooperative and responsive bank we have ever been involved with. I cannot imagine what the other reviewer was talking about, other than it was just when they had opened and it is possible there were problems then. I can tell you from our experience, with personal loans, business accounts, wire transfers, etc. it is smooth as silk. Whitecastle Construction.

The best personal service bank ever. Get to know your officer and call him/her directly with any problems. To those complaining about an occasional wait in the lobby, I ask, have you been to Wells Fargo, Chase or B of A lately?
