I feel that Shanghai is a city of contrast. Two widely different poles intersecting in a chaotic way. Old meets new. Modern meets old school. Refined meets raw. Cross over the Huangpu and here I am in the middle of Lujiazui, an epitome of modern Shanghai. Brightly lit with skyscrapers that are amongst the tallest in the world (in the same spot!), much of the area are either malls or offices as this is the business district. From so up close, the 3 towers stand like brothers in arms, watchful over Shanghai. I m getting nervous just looking at them.

The second tallest skyscraper in Shanghai, at the heart of the financial district. Taking the high speed elevator to the tower's observation deck with glass see through floors, which offers the bird's-eye view of the Huangpu River and the CBD of Shanghai.

It is very interesting to know the building and go to the terrace which is located on the characteristic upper opening of this building. There you can walk on a glass over 400 meters high looking down. It was a shame that on the day of my visit the pollution was strong and you could barely see the view beyond the river.
Interestingly, in this same region are 3 tall buildings, next to each other. There was a first in which this visited surpassed by more than 50 meters. Then they built another next door, which it overcame as well and became the tallest building in China (although this is the second). It seems like a fight between neighbors jealous of each other.

If you are in Shanghai it is almost an obligation to invest 180 Yuan to go up to the 100th floor of the tower and enjoy an incredible sight at 492 meters high, beauty cannot be described in words. Even if you are afraid of heights, you have to do it.

The high rise buildings in Shanghai is gorgeous. The designs are unique. It is fun to go up to the observatory level and view the city. Just make sure it is a sky clear day since the pollution in the city is quite bad.

The hop-on hop-off tour bus does stop at this area.

With its imposing character, the Center confirms the rise and progress of modern China. The whole complex around it leaves a strong impression on the visitors and, simply put, amazes us with its architectural and architectural feat.

The Shanghai World Financial Center is a wonderful piece of architecture on the outside. However, one catch is that the observation decks only face east and west, so a 360 degree view of Shanghai is absent. The glass was cloudy too and the Shanghai Tower had better views.

One of the important buildings in Pudong's splendid Scarline.
The unique cleanliness of the KPF design and the impressive design with a void at the top is what is called a bottle opener building in China. You can visit the shopping center on the lower floor, or use the Sky Lounge Observation Deck. The top floor observation deck is famous for its glass floor.

This 101-story skyscraper would cut a striking profile on the Shanghai skyline even without the aperture at the top. But that design detail sets it apart and makes for an unusual observation deck.

Though construction started in 1997 with grand plans for the tower to shoot up like a beanstalk, construction was temporarily halted when the Asian financial crisis began in July of that same year. But by 2003, construction resumed, and the Shanghai World Financial Center was complete and open for business five years later.

It remains one of the world s tallest buildings, and certainly one of its most eye-catching.

Up to the 100th floor: rate Y120 for students, Y180 for adults. It is best to go up there before sunset (to enjoy the day and night views). By cons many people, too many ... you almost have to fight to be able to take pictures. Tourists don't let go of the windows.

I love the three towers of Shanghai together and this has the peculiarity that it looks like a can opener through the hole at the top of the building. Apparently it has the glass floor on top but the new one is higher. Is awesome. Hy a lot of queue to enter, it seems little but it can be more than two hours, it is better to be informed because the other tower there are no queues.

An unmissable visit, a futuristic elevator that takes you in a flash to the top at 474 meters.
A view from the top of the corkscrew overlooking the city, I was lucky enough to have a clear day.

My most favorite architecture magnificence, love the wedge cutting and simplistic design of the building as well as the top observatory. One can truly enjoy the panoramic view of city and the river from the top as well as with a lineup of exhibitions hosting by the 97th floor and underground plaza. Haven't tried the high-end hotels inside (cuz I'm local) but I guess the answer would be the same. Just love this place. :)
