1835 White Palm Hotel Review

A technical incident (Be careful to always be vigilant for a 5 star) in the first room and it was quickly resolved. Otherwise, welcome, service and a nice place. I strongly advise.

I booked 2 massage sessions for my partner and myself at the radisson blu spa. A first in this establishment in Cannes.
The outdoor swimming pool is very pretty, on the other hand very hot so not very refreshing. In addition, it can only accommodate 25 people maximum because of the covid, so you have to wait to access it and get deckchairs.
Some renovations, I think, were evident by the pool.

Regarding the massage, we were quite disappointed, especially since the price is quite high ...
My companion was massaged by a woman who kept asking him questions during the performance, so it was not relaxing for him ...
And for my part I had a male masseur, except we had made it clear when we made our reservation that it had to be the opposite (my boyfriend with a masseur and I, a masseuse because there was no longer a lot of time so you had to choose). However, not having the same massage schedules as my companion, they reversed the practitioners (without doing it on purpose ..). On my turn, I was therefore forced to spend 1 hour with a young man who was almost my age (under 26 I think) and being quite modest and shy I was very embarrassed. I could have refused, but I was told there were no more masseuses available for the afternoon.
Especially since during the massage my chest was not covered ...

I didn t have a relaxing time as planned, neither I nor my boyfriend.
I do not question the male masseur because I know that many women prefer a man who will have a strong grip during the massage.

The service offered is not at all up to the price.

Very friendly staff, clean and bright hotel. Not far from the center which allows to be a little quiet.

Price a bit on the high side, but I guess this is linked to the price of an incredible view of Cannes and excellent quality cocktails.
The rooftop has been improved over the years with a calmer atmosphere, more helpful and smiling employees.

We've been there twice and can't understand the negative reviews. Rooms were small but very clean. Once had a defect on the window lock, it was repaired while we were having breakfast. Very prompt and friendly service! The breakfast is delicious and the rooftop bar is just great. Highly recommend having a glass of champagne there and enjoying the beautiful view of Cannes.
As soon as the pandemic has calmed down, we'll be back.

Some rooms a little noisy, excellent hospitality and thermal baths at the top

Quite expensive for what it is ... 241 very small room with views of bushes (we had asked for city view), very noisy because next to the staff's storage room, it slams constantly, TV that barely captures 4 channels (no signal), bathtub cap not waterproof, soluble coffee is proposed (for a 5 stars bof), otherwise the breakfast is great and the thalasso part ... the view of the bar restaurant at the top of the building is beautiful ... very nice staff ... mixed stay ...

Excellent location, very friendly hotel staff, room a bit small and bathroom a bit uncomfortable, otherwise great.
It has a private beach at 150mts where they provide you with a lounger and towels, (paying) and the beach bar is very good.
The pool and spa are very nice.
I would repeat without a doubt.

We took advantage of a promo "verychic" and we are really not disappointed. Very nice hotel nice rooms well equipped, bedding very comfortable. +++ Points: Quality, friendliness, helpfulness of all staff (reception, spa, floor and breakfast), beautiful thalassotherapy, steam room, sauna, relaxation area, magnificent breakfast in quantity and quality. Point -: excessive price for my taste of drinks and apero in room. Amateur very good tea a little disappointed by the quality of the one proposed in this 5 stars

It left me very bad the rooms small and outdated, unfriendly staff.

Great spa day. My friend and I both booked massages. Mine was dreadful, but the staff were very quick to resolve it. We enjoyed the spa facilities and were offered a thermo jet massage and a glass of champagne each and we were more than happy with this resolution. Sometimes things are not perfect, but it s how you put them right that counts, and you certainly did that. Thank you to Linda, Laura, and Nicolas

Magnificent view of the sea and the quai maubeuf port and the departures of the shuttles for the visit of the Lerins Islands.
Idyllic setting on the roof of the Radisson Blu hotel for a drink and / or lunch.
Very welcoming and sympathetic staff.

1 star hotel .. rooms in need of renovation, real dump, mold in the bathroom, unfriendly staff and a dangerous location, terrorists on site, could no longer go to the hotel, reception no longer available in case of problems, never again

Too bad for a complex like this to wait 20 minutes to expect a coffee and nobody knows is never moved

The rooms could benefit from a change of furniture, the restaurant is unique except for its head chef who welcomes customers with their hands in their pockets !!!! Delighted with my stay I would come back ... a city that moves and you do not move your car

We go there with my friend every year in WE. Hotel 5 stars with its thalassotherapy beautifully placed you sea view. Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, indoor heated pool / gym, caldarium ect ... And of course a multitude of varied treatments for relaxation or care. The hotel is rated and the staff very friendly and competent. The rooms and bathroom at the top. Nothing to complain about just perfect!
