Best Yoga studio in Detroit Lakes. The owner & her teachers are nice & very knowledgeable. They help you with technique without making you feel like, "you should know this." Great atmosphere, exactly what a Yoga Studio should be!
Beyond thrilled with this experience. I visited from out of town and the staff went above and beyond to welcome me. They were incredible! Classes were solid and the studio is beautiful. Soft mats in the actual studio so you can try new poses without the fear of falling and hurting yourself, kind yet challenging instructors, great music - overall wonderful yoga vibes. I would recommend it for any and all - new and experienced yogis alike. I look forward to visiting again when I m back in town to visit family!
Always a great workout for all ability levels! The instructors are all different in their teaching styles so there are a ton of opportunities to find a class that suits you. Make sure to read the descriptions of the classes, they are totally accurate. Lots of fun and I always leave feeling better than when I went in. And the friendships I've made through 180 are a bonus!
Incredible space that is inclusive to all (young, old, male, female & all body types). This is a judge-free zone. The instructors are truly amazing & genuine.
