Great company to work for! I've been working at 14 West for more than 5 year as an independent contractor. The first thing I noticed about 14 West was that I see people here who are incredible at programming, analytics, marketing, client services and administration, who genuinely like their work and their co-workers. Everyone works well together and helps each other out. There are always many interesting projects to work on and it's one of the few companies with good values and good company culture. Management is very talented and is always in tuned with how to make the organization stronger. The opportunity at 14 West has allowed me to learn so much and progress in my career in a positive nature. I've truly enjoyed my time with the company and look forward to what the future brings.

14 West is a great company to work for. The employers truly care. In an entry level position, I'm able to take in my surroundings and learn from those around me. The majority of the people that I work with daily are open to new ideas and actually commit to making changes. If it's a good idea, it'll stick. If not, it won't. This just isn't a concept that was in my realm of thinking in previous jobs. The atmosphere is collaborative and open to possibility. And it doesn't hurt that I work in Historic Mount Vernon, surrounded by history and beautiful buildings all day. Something to keep in mind: depending on your work ethic. You need to come prepared to figure out what you're doing. Most managers will not hold your hand and tell you exactly what to do. They expect you to figure it out on your own, or begin to ask questions. If you are someone that can't take a leap of faith, or take some risks, then 14West may not be the best choice. If you are, then you've found the right place. 14 West also offers one of the most comprehensive wellness programs I ve ever seen. With multiple gym partnerships and discounts in the area, these added benefits really feel good to have.
