It was amazing! Easy to navigate the lot and the actors, and staff were all very accommodating and friendly (outside of the actual main attraction, of course)

Once inside, the physical effects and actor(s) interactions kept everybody on their toes, tons of screams and laughs along the way! The whole thing took less than 30 minutes, but the other attractions in the lot kept us there for nearly an hour. Highly recommend for new-comers and haunted house experts alike!

I brought a group of 6 people here and we had a blast! We got a RIP cabana, got all the add ons and had one of the best Halloweens yet! Only thing I would suggest is having the bucket of beer/soft drinks brought to us instead of getting our self other then that would definitely do it again!

The whole experience was a 4. The main haunted house had very little actors but great scenery. They had a really cool sensory experience, was really freaky going through a pitch black room with weird floors and tight spots. Fun game of football bowling as well! Overall a great place to spend time with friends and/or family. Experience was better than previous years.

Went there on Friday & it was super busy. Didn't get in until after 10pm after arriving a lil after 8pm. Lines were so long, no social distance nor many masks being worn. First off, parking is crowded, you gotta pay cash 20 bucks or find yourself a parking somewhere close, there isn't a designated parking for this, it's scattered. Actors costumes were nice, but this wasn't even on "the 13th Floor." Lol. I was expecting a hotel or a building, nope it's more like a warehouse. Wish they would've also given at least, as a minimum 30 sec in between guests. We already know what to expect & won't get scared. I was hoping yo get scared, didn't happen. Not scary at all, but cool props & nice crew. But, it really takes away from the experience standing in line for 2 hours plus literally having ppl in front of you to blow your experience. For all you pay, admission, fast pass, and parking, it should definitely be better.

Great interaction with the actors! They got in your face but not once made actual contact. They work really hard for their money and the pricing of the tickets really good. Would have loved to see more with the Vamps vs Werewolves street gang theme. It seemed like it was squeezed in at the last second.

I screamed at EVERYTHING. As a person who suffers from anxiety, I can say that this was absolutely frightening without pushing any limits. CAN'T WAIT FOR NEXT YEAR!

Fun! Spooked the heck out of some folks. There is always some random lady who is intoxicated saying one of the actors hit her. But don't worry about it, she'll go home and sleep it off... Anyway, props go out to the rat-man! They were the best and they deserve all the love!

Really great as always, there are different types of scares for everyone so you're sure to get a good spook. I highly recommend the sensory overload maze- it's so much fun! Also, if you can swing it, get the "skip the line" pass, we got the "fast pass" but the only fast part was it gor us to security right away instead of waiting, other than that it was over an hour wait past out time slot ON A MONDAY. I'd hate to see it on the weekend. Worth it though.

You ready to get scared Denver? It's officially spooky season and we got to experience Denver's Best Haunted House this weekend - 13th Floor - and had a ghoulishly good time!

We arrived and made our way to the Shriekeasy where 21+ patrons can enjoy spooky libations before or after experiencing the haunted house (IDs checked on site)! Marci and I went for some hard apple ciders to really put us in the fall spirit.

Frostbite: A state-of-the-art Cryogenics lab has had a breakthrough in reanimating the dead. This new technology gives life back to the deceased as they thaw from their frozen state. Once we had our fair share of liquid courage, we were ready to take on the 13th Floor! 13th Floor transported us to 3 different worlds this year: Frostbite, The Dollmaker and Bad Blood. Patrons 21+ are invited to experience the haunt s Sub-Zero Secret Bar in the Frostbite world and enjoy a concoction created in the cryogenic lab.

The Dollmaker: The scary house at the end of the street sits abandoned with the passing of its owner, the dollmaker. This was the scariest part of the haunt for us and Marci and I were booking it through & stepping on each other along the way lol.

Bad Blood: The ancient feud between Vampires and Werewolves rages within the shadows of today s city streets. Cue the chainsaws!

After we made it through the 13th Floor Haunted House, we checked out Sensory Overload. Sensory Overload is an intense fear inducing maze that is COMPLETELY dark! This is a physical experience that had us thoroughly spooked BUT we made it all the way through! & were v proud of ourselves for it.

Another activity offered at the 13th Floor? Blitz Bowl - Football Bowling! Blitz Bowl is a combination of football and bowling with a dash of corn hole. Marci rocked this game while my arm turned out to be a far cry from Peyton Manning's lol. Axe throwing is also offered at 13th Floor at Class Axe throwing.
