The company 10 degrees is just average. Their website 10degrees.uk looks nice and professional, but I expected more from their services. The customer support was not very helpful and the delivery time took longer than expected. Overall, I can't say I'm impressed.

I had a mixed experience with 10 degrees. The website is great, but the customer support was disappointing. However, they delivered the product on time and the quality was good. Overall, I would rate them as average.

I worked as a Digital Designer for 10 Degrees in late 2018 and feel compelled to share my experiences with this company.

During my first interview, I disclosed my mental health conditions and despite this, given my resume and portfolio, was offered a full-time role.

The negative experiences came quickly and consistently during my time in office. Rude, sharp and dismissive comments were made to me by Lynda Harvey but I was told by other members of the team, that they had experienced similar issues and not to take it personally.

These comments would include negative remarks if I had forgotten my fob to enter the building, despite the button to open the door being a few ft away from Lynda's work station. I would be given very little time to execute relatively time-consuming tasks. I remember being requested I blurred the background of a Christmas image of the team and was only given around 10 minutes to do this. During this 10 minutes, I was rushed, commented on negatively and it affected my concentration. This would happen multiple times a day.

10 Degrees, in several team meetings expressed the importance of quality and B2C communication. It was near impossible to achieve such quality in the time periods set and that is clearly represented in their portfolio.

On a Christmas event, in which I went with the team, I received a comment from Lynda about her seating position being beside me. "I bet you hate the fact I am sat next to you" she said. The entire vibe and attitude given off by Lynda would depreciate my self confidence and increase my anxiety.

During this event, I was prompted to gamble on a "free to play" roulette game, setup for the members of the party. I am a recovering gambling addict and told this to a fellow employee. I dropped my chips on the table and as I mildly disrupted what was a "fun" game, I found myself being *bitten* on the cheek by a security guard at the event.

Instead of Lynda directing concern toward the guard, I was targeted and shouted at. At this point I realised my best interests and health were not at the heart of 10 Degrees and I subsequetly shouted back in frustration and shock.

The guard who performed the assault on me was arrested by the Police for common assault and interviewed. The Police had a lot of sympathy for me and I appreciated that heavily in such a difficult time.

I was effectively fired, based on the above. The day after the Christmas event.

I am now a very successful freelancer, creating websites in Webflow (no-code CMS), but my experience with 10 Degrees still frustrates me to this day. I was even asked to remove my previous review on the company by Jonny & Lynda. But I have decided that this company should not be entitled to that luxury.

Bad experience. I asked for them to make stats view in admin only ahead of our biggest trade show, they did but failed to tell me the view counter was not working! got back and have no stats, then want to charge me to fix the video viewer, went to Go Daddy who fixed it for free and told me 10 Degrees caused the issue as on a stored earlier version it was working. Push for the monthly support but in the end seems like they are just charging to fix mistakes they cause. I now have handed everything over to Go Daddy, at least I know they are credible and qualified.
