Came here to buy my first new car!
I did a lot of research on my own before deciding which car would be the best fit for me and my lifestyle, and the RAV4 seemed to be it.
The only thing I wasn t certain about was how I could obtain the car I wanted.
I reached out through the chat option available on their website since this was my first time buying, and I wasn t quite sure the proper channels to go through.
I was connected with Lance Barrs online who was able to kindly answer a few questions before we set up a date to discuss more options at the dealership.
The experience went well, and I didn t feel any pressure to purchase the vehicle before I was ready, the way I have felt when simply inquiring about things with other dealerships. Lance seemed patient and honest. He explained all my options to me, and answered all the questions we had.

I ve had nothing but good things to say to my friends and family about this place so far, and a lot of them now seem interested in leasing or financing a new vehicle as well. :)
Hoping my next visit there will be as good as my first!
