The doctors are excellent but NEVER call when they...

The doctors are excellent but NEVER call when they aren't there. (Unless they condone this?). I called about a concern with my puppy I was told they have no idea when a doctor will show up tomorrow and they are tired and can't deal with this. Actually told me they had a long day and can't deal with it. Honestly I don't see them behaving in this manner unless the doctors encouraged it. I asked for a doctor to call me next day. "What did I just tell you? Go somewhere else. Yonkers. We don't have any doctors and I am tired". I told her if there was a problem to just tell me. She finally said there was an emergency with the doctors but she shouldn't have to share that and she has had enough today. Unreal. It's unfortunate doctors are good but care is only as good as your front desk.
