I brought my 3 daughters here after having Lisa work on me. My girls are swimmers and have typical swimmers tight shoulder muscles. We happened to see Lisa before a big swim meet. Lisa did Bowen Therapy techniques on all three of them to relieve their tight muscles. The 2 girls in the swim meet each dropped more than 3 seconds in all of their races and over 7 seconds EACH in the individual IM! My littlest one has chronic tummy aches and after seeing Lisa she now wants me to "do what Miss Lisa" did to make her tummy feel better. I wasn't familiar with Bowen Therapy or Functional Medicine, but after several visits I am hooked! We will be seeing them again. Integrated Wellness is amazing.
