Very unhappy with the Service Department at this location, Had to take my car in for a recall part. My hatch on my Orlando doesn't work, it's an electric button I asked them to take a look at it. Well after dropping my car off at 9am only to be told it wont be ready until after 3pm. I get a call around 3:15 to tell me to replace the "Switch" would cost $250. This is a ridiculous price for 1 small electronic button that can be switched out in under 20 min. I told them not to bother as this was way overpriced. Anyway I just went to pick up my Chevy and was charged $80 for them to tell me my button doesn't work, something that was not told to me in advance.

Don't use dealerships stick with a mechanic you can trust.
