In regards to Snap Food Stamp Assistance, I think the whole system is screwed up. It dosen't help people with sudden events such as car accidents or health illness requiring money to be paid for medical bills. It doesn't help people who are paying back student loans and or who pay large amounts of money for health insurance and union dues. It dosen't take into account that teachers aids cannot work every week of the summer and therefore do not get paid for those weeks.
