A fantastic visit. My 6 year-old son particularly enjoyed the vortex - we had to go through it several stomach-churning times!

It's a unique attraction spread over several floors of a particularly historic building, so there are many stairs to climb between exhibition areas. I expected some congestion on the stairs, but there was none, only at the very top at the 'camera obscura' itself where many people were waiting for the scheduled showing.

The camera itself works best on a bright day, and even though it was overcast on the day we visited, it was still fascinating.

Just one improvement I would like to see: a little more information/interpretation about the science behind some of the illusions. In some cases I'd like to have been better informed in addition to being astonished!
