For the past year my husband and I dreamt about owning a vacation home in the mountains, mainly for us to spend more time with out little ones. My husband had visited a few times and felt connected with Arrowhead, I on the other hand had actually never been there. When we started looking for homes online, we found Simone, we were just eager to start looking and somehow we got very lucky. She was flexible, honest (more honest then any other realtor I had encountered), learned what we liked and disliked (very quickly), and was extremely responsive. Since we weren't local she made herself available to do virtual walkthroughs and gave us her honest opinion. I can honestly say we wouldn't have found our dream vacation home without her help. Not to mention even after we bought the house, she continued to help us find contractors and even visited the house on our behalf. I hands down recommend working with Simone!
