I received my order by Parcelpost, and was somewhat concerned at the state of the packaging. The cardboard box was torn and looked as if it had been opened and taped shut again, I discovered the five star chair base had been damaged , the telescopic covering of the gas lifting equipment did not stay as it should and that I had only received three out of the six screws required to attach the arm rests. They were scattered all over the bottom of the packaging and rolling around loose .. Some may have fallen out of the tears in the packaging.
I rang the company and sent photos of the damaged pieces and Danielle, the representative in the transport department, has ordered a replacement base , which I hope to receive very soon.
It was disappointing to discover broken and omitted things, because it means having to wait longer for the replacements .Danielle was very helpful and ,I hope ,has sorted it out,
