I had a backed up drain in the kitchen. I called on a Wednesday morning and was very dealt with very professionally. My appt was scheduled from between 11 to 2pm and the plumber Kevin was even 10 mins early!!

Kevin was very polite, professional and knowledgable. I was extremely pleased with the pricing and the service and would recommend John Moore services to anyone.

Also want to acknowledge Kevin as well. The company did a great job in hiring and training. I usually cringe when I have to deal with servicemen but Kevin was excellent!!!! (I hope he gets a raise - he deserves it)..
