I have been a customer for years. Service was great until last 2-3 years. Cost has continued to rise and co pay which is understandable with time. However, last few service calls have had long wait times, technicians not prepared and have to order parts which takes weeks. My bad review comes form my last call. Garbage disposal went bad 3 weeks ago. Finally, had someone out last week that was to order a disposal. Had to call back a week later as never heard anything. Currently, I was on hold 20 min to be told they could come out mid Jan. Asked for a manager and was put on hold 30 more min. Finally, someone picked up which was a new CS agent. I asked for for a manager and had a rude rep name "Makaela". She would not give me a ID or any way to express my concern on her rudeness to a manager and hung up. Finish my last service call and switching to a new company. I dont want to pay $500 per year to be hung up on. 1 star but would have been no star if I could.
