Dear Tova,

Dear Tova,

I am sending you this letter as a show of gratitude and thanks, to Senior Planning Services for assisting me through the process of obtaining Medicaid for my mother Sallie. Her ordeal started the day after Mothers day May 16th 2017, when she suffered a mild stroke leaving her with partial paralysis in her left arm. Due to this medical condition, she was no longer able to live the independent life she has lived for 76 years.

After a brief stay at Kessler Rehabilitation Center, she was moved to Care One at Wellington in Hackensack. Where her case worker, Victoria Melillo recommended applying for Medicaid thru the services of Senior Planning Services. When I made the call Max Fleischman met me, my mother and my wife to help us get the ball rolling. With Senior Planning s helpful guide, I had all the necessary paperwork for Max to get things started.

Within a week I was contacted by Naomi Steinmetz my case manager where she reviewed some questions on the application to make sure everything was correct, and she stayed in contact with me whether via E-mail or a phone call to keep me in the loop during the process. Timing started to become a factor but Naomi didn t waver in her search for a nursing home for my mother and she found one.

Becoming a senior citizen is a part of life, you hope to stay as healthy as you can but life happens and we find ourselves in predicaments we would have never thought would happen. So is the case for my mother and me, and with the assistance and professionalism of Senior Planning Services life is a little less stressful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone having to navigate the Medicaid process.

Thanks to Naomi Steinmetz, case manager and Rita Zygmund.

Sincerely,

Monty Brown
