First time using Carmel and it was great! The reservation, communication, and confirmation with staff were all perfect and best of all, easy. I did knock off 1 star only because the pick up driver was impatient with waiting 4 minutes for us to exit JFK upon arrival, and he called me twice asking for my ETA after I told him already; also, his vehicle did not fall under the class of car that I had reserved, in my opinion. The second vehicle for the return trip back to JFK at the end of our trip was fantastic. His vehicle definitely was on point, and it was a last minute reservation but the driver arrived quickly. Overall, I will utilize this car service the next time I m in NYC.
