The only reason they got one star is because 0 isn't an option. While I love my house, management is HORRIBLE. My lease ended March 31st and I reached out in mid-February to renew my lease and it is April 3 and I still have not signed a new lease. I have emailed Heather Mills multiple times about my lease and she has never responded.

I rarely take the time to write a negative review because it s often not productive but I ve found myself at an impasse with a management company that doesn t want to take an active role in developing solutions, problem solving, or offering basic customer service and others should be aware. With numerous apartment options and various management companies, I d encourage potential residents to look elsewhere- someone else will appreciate and respect your residency better. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from The Preiss Company as you can!
