It's 6 years later and I just had another fantastic experience at the Sears Auto Center on Lawrence and Ravenswood avenues in Chicago. It was the end of the day once again and my dad's car wouldn't start. Since I use the car to take care of him, it was important that it's always in working order. He asked me to run to the Sears to get the battery fixed. It was ten minutes to six and Blanca and Luis went out of their way to change the battery right away. They even stayed 20 minutes late to do so.

Fantastic service. Helped me fix my flat tire at the end of the day! Make sure to get warranty program if you get tires it covers any damage for four years
