I can only assume Faye Oram is a disgruntled customer who has chosen to leave a negative (and grossly inaccurate) review. Perhaps if Faye were to contact us at Bike It, we could resolve the issue...

As part of the product development team, I can confirm that yes, a lot of products are made in the Far East, but they are made in the same Far East factories, using the exact same materials and processes as so-called leading brands. As Bike It buy direct from source and distribute direct to motorcycle stores, we are able to offer products of comparable quality at significantly lower prices.

All products offered by Bike It have been through the required quality control and testing procedures, and carry the relevant certification to back this up (such as ACU Gold approval, Thatcham security approval, CE standard etc etc).

As mentioned earlier, I am part of the product development team at Bike It, and I would be very interested to know which products Faye is talking about, and what 'first hand witness' account there may be for us to see.

As for being 'major tax avaders' (sorry, just quoting like for like, this could not be further from the truth. Company accounts are managed and registered inline with current UK regulations, with all due taxes paid in accordance with UK law.
