Had a wonderful evening at Alinea!

Every dish was so carefully crafted and so wonderfully clever, that I had an amazing time. Alinea is definitely about both the food and the experience, so I would definitely recommend coming here!

Firstly, when reserving online, may have to be lucky in getting tickets as they go fast, but worth the price. You can also request things and hopefully they can oblige! We asked for signed menus of the dinner and got a picture with Grant Achatz! Was so kind of them to fulfill our requests for these, and I am so thankful that they did.

Loved every dish -- from the clever way they presented everything to the remarkable taste. Felt like a performance while eating. Don't want to ruin too much of the surprise, but they definitely take you on trips in the restaurant and try to fool you during your dining experience.

Also, must comment on the wonderful service! They are so kind. My friend had a terrible stomach ache the day we went, so the staff was kind enough to ask us if we would like some tea and even asked what different types of tea we would like to choose from!

Anyway, wonderful experience, definitely recommend if you get the chance!
