Went to the box office on Friday March 4 at 1pm to purchase tickets for the Florida - Georgia Line concert for my wife , her favorite group . I ask the ticket agent for the best 2 tickets they had at whatever price did not matter . I was told that section 217 row 10 was the best they had , so i bought them . Then about a hour later a friend called to order tickets for same concert , she was able to purchase 2 tickets on the floor section ????? I called the box office back , talked to a agent there informed him as to what had happened , he said sorry there is nothing i can do . I would like to know why and how this can happen . I wanted best tickets i could get , that is why i drove to the box office . I think its really sad that our arena can't do a better job than this . POOR reflection on our city .
