Just bought a new Tacoma from these guys. I read a crapload of poor reviews from Google, but decided to swing by to have a look and a price check since it's a bit closer to where we live out in the country than Cochrane. It's a perfect little truck for our needs, and I did heaps of research beforehand. Joanne Sankey was super nice and seemed keen to do business so I stayed a bit. Joanne handled the deal quite well, by answering all my detailed questions (about engine parameters, towing, and electronics on the brand new ones) and by negotiating a very fair price. I'm still stoked enough to write this, so maybe things have changed a bit.
