Originally, I provided a one star review for a service appointment. It was because I noticed a small amount of damage to my front bumper and felt very confident it was the dealership that was at fault. When I complained, the dealership explained that they were equally sure it wasn't them. Stalemate!
One or two days later the problem reached the ear of the service manager who promptly contacted me. After reviewing pictures, but still believing it could not have been them, they said a happy customer is more important that pinpointing blame. They fixed the vehicle at their expense (even provided a loaner).
Many dealerships talk customer service.....Capital Nissan backed up their talk with action.
The 5 stars is not just for the work they did, but the speed and commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. If that's not what loyalty is about, I don't know what is!
