I was charged $153 for no heat fixed & no clue how to get furnace fixed. Only told i needed to replace furnace he thought. Ripoff for less than an hour, and still no heat when it was 9 degrees outside. Definetly not worth $153 charge for someone to come tell me I needed a new furnace. Even though the switch on it was bad that kept the furnace from overheating. He didn't replace the switch. Told me it would be another $153 to replace switch and he wasn't sure that would fix the furnace. I was left in 9 degree weather with no heat and money down the drain. Pure Ripoff! I'd suggest any other place than this one. Save your money and go somewhere else. No I would NEVER recommend.

UPDATE: Thank you for the call back and refund of $69 since I wasn't informed there would be additional charges and my heat not fixed that evening. I think that's fair. I've updated your review from a 1 to a 4 since my heat was not diagnosed of an exact problem and I paid $84 for the service fee. Thanks for the partial refund.
