Review of Samsung Austin Semiconductor

I did indeed applied for a job here in the summer ...

I did indeed applied for a job here in the summer of 2008 but they never offered me any job positions here or called me back. My aunt works here. Getting into here for a job isn't that easy and it's very overcrowded. This place is flooded with people that got laid off from Applied Materials and other semiconductor places around Austin but mostly from Applied Materials. Samsung is a very stable place to work at for a semiconductor industry. They laid off 500 people in 2009 but it's not as bad as other companies in the same category. The lay offs at Applied Materials is a lot worse than here. Good benefits like Applied Materials and work here is very stable. The North American headquarters of Samsung is in San Jose, California. I can't wait to visit the headquarters in San Jose.
