Rude. I just needed to talk to an employee & they wouldn't page him or at least tell me if he's inside the building or not. They just told me to contact him directly, I couldn't get a hold of him so that's why I'm calling the freaking company. I wouldn't be calling the company if it wasn't an emergency!
